  they came 2 days ago to fix a neighbors roof and didn’t pick up any of there nails and neighbor had nails left on lawn too and told me they didn’t use a magnet ethier and I ended up getting a flat tire from the same nails, I went to complain to the owner and didn’t want to take responsibility and kept making excuses about other roofers and blaming someone else and told him I’m a neighbors from the house they fixed, and sent him pictures of the nails and from neighbors lawn he still didn’t want to accept that it was there’s. All he did was argue and just said he could pass around again tomorrow to look at Nail and maybe we can patch the car and give me a quote to fix my roof and just talked about trying to fix my roof, instead of taking interest on my complaint. I told him he should be trying to fix the matter, but just wanted to argue; I told him my uncle is an owner of a comercial roofing company and get complaints all the time and they always need to try to fix the problem and if they even leave any trash or nails behind they always need to send someone back as soon as possible to clean up the mess and take responsibility

  I'm very sorry you feel this way ma'am. As stated during our phone call today... the picture of the nail in your tire that you sent is not a material we use or pulled off the roof. We also parked our dumptruck in the back ally driveway of the customers house. Not in the street where you picked up nails in your tire. We install roofs daily around the metroplex and pride ourselves on keeping a clean nail free work environment. We have magnets that we roll around the job site every hour. We are sorry you felt strongly enough to file a false review on us knowing that there were 2 other roofs being replaced on the same day, and their dumpsters were located in the street where you drive. I did offer to patch your tires for free to which you declined and demanded new tires and said you would rent a car and pass the bill to us. As to the arguing, I'm a family man and smart enough to know not to argue with a lady. We wish you the best and drive safe through Carrollton! Best Regards, Matt D

  Veteran Roofing and Construction really raised the roof on my expectations. I don’t know much about roofs—except they’re pretty important—but mine looks rock solid. They hammered out every detail and even made a drone video of the finished work—it was pretty fly. Since the replacement, any time an issue comes up, the owner himself shows up—usually the next day. I always feel like I am a priority with them. “Weather” it’s rain, wind, or hail, Brad is always available to make sure everything stays on point. You'll feel like Rihanna when you're under Veteran Roofing’s protective umbrella-ella-ella. Even the holidays are better when Santa can land his sleigh on a safe, sturdy roof. Puns aside my roof is fantastic.

  After the hailstorm in Little Elm this March, Veteran Roofing and Construction quickly inspected my home.
