I’ve heard nothing but positive things about this company, so I hired them. Instead of them doing the work , the owner sub contracted someone else to do it. That other person never finished the job. The owner told me he will return and …

Run from this Roofing company! Victor with Universal Roofing and Remodeling installed metal roofing for us in 2019. Since than, anytime it rained it's been leaking inside through the ceiling and in the bathroom through the vent. He came numerous times and he claimed he fixed it but every time it's raining it's still leaking. In 2019 when he finished the roof, one portion of the roof he was just supposed to paint it. We wanted to wait until it was dry to pay him the last $2,000 to make sure he did a good job. He started swearing and cursing loud and demanded to pay him on the spot so we did. After the paint was dry it didn't look good, it didn't have a uniform look. He never fixed it. Now we have drywall water damage from leaking from the roof. Victor said he will come within a week to fix it. It's been more than a month and he didn't fix it and he is not answering my texts or calls.

I am 100% satisfied with my new roof. It was almost 6 months after the hurricane that I finally found trustworthy contractor Victor Villanueva with Universal Roofing here in Valdosta,GA. He was recommended by a friend who was also thrilled with her new roof by Universal Roofing.

"I had the pleasure of working with Universal Remodeling and Roofing after a hurricane caused significant damage to my home’s siding and fence. From the start, they were incredibly professional and thorough in assessing the damage. What truly impressed me was their persistence with my insurance company. Despite the insurer initially only offering to cover one side of my house’s siding, Universal Remodeling and Roofing successfully negotiated and got them to pay for the entire house’s siding replacement! They also went above and beyond by getting my entire fence replaced, which I wasn’t expecting. The quality of the work was outstanding, and they completed the project on time and within budget. I couldn’t be happier with the results and the level of service I received. I highly recommend Universal Remodeling and Roofing to anyone in need of repairs or home improvement work. They truly went the extra mile for me and made a stressful situation much easier to handle."

I seriously cannot say enough good things about Universal Roofing. Their quote was reasonable; I took references from four companies. The young lady I worked with was extremely professional and communicated every aspect of the project, so I always felt informed. She worked with me when I had to postpone the installation for a week. The crew was there when she told me they would be there. They were very organized and did a super job cleaning up after the installation. I would not hesitate to recommend Universal Roofing to anyone interested in getting a new roof!!!
