They put a metal roof on my house I'm very disappointed in their work more worried about getting the job done in one day than doing a good job I won't be recommending pyramid roofing to anyone

Pyramid did our roof 7 years ago… guess what… we are having to replace the work they did. Past couple of years we have called them out to come and fix a few things for our tenants. Almost every month it rains hard we have to call them back …

I literally don't understand the good reviews. They subcontracted the job to a group that couldn't speak English and cut corners on the job to try to save materials. I'd never use them again.

I am staying temporarily in my fathers house while he is in the hospital and his landlord hire Pyramid Roofing to put a new roof on his house. The roof looks fine there’s nothing wrong with the roof but pieces of tar and shatter came all through the closet and ruined a brand new Louis Vuitton pocketbook I have and put stains all over brand new nice clothes of mine. They sent someone out and he said that it always comes out like that. Well why didn’t somebody knock on the door and tell me to clean the closet sale if that’s normal? Needless to say they’re not cooperating which I know they were in and I’m having to go to small claims court to get money back for my items that were ruined! BEWARE! Total damages was $8000 in clothing and bags !

Word of advice if you hire this company: go into your attic and take pictures of any areas that are of concern to you. If you cannot do this, I suggest you ask a friend or family member or hire someone to do it for you. I did this and it came in handy as proof that they did not replace the wood in areas that needed to be replaced. I am 100% certain I did not get what I paid for. They were supposed to remove all felt underlayment down to bare decking, inspect and replace damaged wood decking. They either did not remove all the underlayment and did not inspect the wood or they purposely laid new underlayment over top of wood that needed to be replaced. When I contacted Pyramid about the job not being done correctly, I was given excuses. I then provided proof of the damaged wood pre installation and then post installation. They then sent out a guy and crew to replace the wood that needed to be replaced. The guy they sent out, instead of being apologetic that the job was not done right to begin with...thought it was professional to be argumentative and try to bullsh*t me with excuses. I called the office about him, left a VM and they never called me back and never followed up with me at all. They did fix the areas that needed to be fixed but they obviously did not abide by our contract. I'm not sure if their crew just takes short cuts or the company deliberately is trying to get over on people. If it's the crew taking short cuts then they should have a crew foreman overseeing their work. But why have people working for you, that you cannot trust to do the job properly? This was not a good experience. I'll keep my fingers crossed I don't have any issues.

Zero stars. Worst experience ever. I would not recommend them and would not use them to roof a dog house. I’ve talked to several general contractors and they have all said they will not use Pyramid because of all the horror stories they’ve heard.

We are so incredibly thankful for the amazing experience we had working with Pyramid Roofing to replace our 32 year old roof. Justin was so helpful, knowledgeable and kind during the estimate process and the roofing crew was incredibly polite, professional and skilled. Thank you to all who helped keep our family safe for years to come without bleeding us dry <3.

The communication between the manager and office staff was amazing. They were punctual and did the job on a Sunday so as not to interrupt the business. My experience from start to finish was great. Levi explained why my roof was deteriorating with photos to show. He took photos of all the new material they used. Tanya from the office followed up to make sure I was satisfied and explained all warranties. I would use this company again.

Crew showed up just after lunchtime and was done before dinner. The crew knew exactly what needed to be done, got started and went out of their way to make all of the necessary repairs. Everything was exactly as promised, no complaints from me. I wish that every service was as easy to deal with and as efficient.
