Hector & Sons Roof Repair

The only one or two-star review we hold for Hector & Sons Roof Repair.

I tried calling this company for a roofing need for a friend in the area. I dialed the number on this profile, and got transferred to an answering service then a person picked up who transferred me again, and I was then speaking with a lady who has a broken English accent. She said she’s from Angie’s List and can help me find a good contractor. I don’t know if this was a phone hack going on or if this whole profile is false advertising. If Hector and Sons Roof Repair is legit and if their 5 start reviews are legit, I would love to see you reply to this review and get this straightened out. If no response, I’ll assume it’s a scam with false reviews.

A local property in Valdosta had this roofing crew help with a leak before, so we hired them again for more roof work. This time they replaced an asphalt shingle roof on one garage, repaired the shingle roof on another garage, installed new aluminum fascia along the second-story area, and replaced a bad downspout to improve drainage during heavy Georgia rain. The whole job was completed on schedule, the work matched what we asked for, and the pricing was fair and competitive. The crew kept the site clean, hauled away debris, and left the work areas in good shape. We were very pleased with the quality of the roofing and exterior repairs and will gladly use them again for future roof maintenance and storm-related needs.

I can’t say enough good things about working with Preston. These days it can be tough to get a roofing company to return a call or show up for an estimate, but he always answered quickly and kept me updated. We live in Valdosta, and even though some companies do not like coming out this way, they showed up on time and made the whole process easy. They replaced our gutters, checked the roofline, and completed the work with great attention to detail. The crew was professional, friendly, and cleaned up well after the job. In the Georgia heat, it is great to have a dependable team that communicates well and does solid exterior work. We are very pleased with everything completed so far and are excited to have them help with more outdoor improvement work next. I highly recommend calling them for any roofing, gutter, or exterior construction needs you may have.

I wanted to replace my roof the right way and only do it once, so I spent a lot of time researching shingle options and roofing warranties. I learned that Timberline HDZ shingles are a strong choice and a good fit for long-term protection. Because my roof has a lower slope, I was advised that full roof deck protection with leak barrier underlayment was the smart way to go, especially with the heavy rain and heat we get around Valdosta. I gathered several roofing estimates for the same shingle system and warranty so I could make a fair comparison. Some quotes were much higher, and one did not include the full coverage leak barrier across the entire roof. The company I chose included that important detail in the proposal, and their price was still the best. The whole roofing team was professional, easy to work with, and did excellent work from start to finish. Preston was especially helpful and patient, even though I asked a lot of questions during the process. He took the time to explain the shingles, underlayment, warranty coverage, and how everything would be installed. The new roof looks great, and I feel confident knowing it was installed the correct way with quality roofing materials. I am very happy with the results and have already recommended them to friends who need roof work. I always research big home projects carefully, so I feel good telling others this roofer did a great job all around.

After a severe storm damaged my roof in Valdosta, a lot of roofing companies came by offering help. i took my time, compared several roofers, and after a careful review i chose this roofing company. i am very glad i did. There are not enough stars to rate the service. From start to finish, the customer service, roof inspection, communication, and attention to detail were outstanding. preston explained the full insurance claim process in simple terms and walked me through each step all the way to the end. I had very little stress dealing with the insurance company because the roofing team handled so much of the process for me. The roof repair and new installation went smoothly, and the crew was professional, organized, and respectful of my property. They kept the job site clean, used quality roofing materials, and made sure everything was done right. Even my neighbors noticed the craftsmanship and how efficiently the crew worked. If you need roof repair or a full roof replacement in Valdosta, you will be very happy with this roofing company.

I had an excellent experience with Hector & Sons Roof Repair and was very happy with the whole roofing process. From the first roof inspection to the final walkthrough, everything was handled with real professionalism, care, and strong attention to detail. Bryson, the project manager, did a great job with communication and kept me updated through each step of the roof replacement. From the estimate and planning to the final inspection, every question I had was answered quickly and clearly, which made the entire job smooth and stress-free. The on-site work by Preston and the crew was just as impressive. They showed solid roofing knowledge while installing my new TPO roof and skylight, and the workmanship was outstanding. Everything was completed on schedule, and the finished roof looks great while adding strong protection for my home in Valdosta. I also appreciated the focus on safety, cleanup, and protecting my property during the project. The crew worked carefully, kept the area organized, and left everything clean when the job was done. It was clear they took pride in their roofing work and wanted the final result to last in the South Georgia heat and storms. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the results. My new TPO roofing system and skylight have improved both the look and performance of my home, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. I would gladly recommend this team to anyone needing dependable roofing services.

From the first call to Hector & Sons Roof Repair, everything was handled in a professional and prompt way. Bryson came out to the house in Valdosta, checked the roof carefully, and explained several good options for fixing the leak. There was no pressure at all, just honest roofing advice with the pros and cons of each repair and replacement choice clearly laid out. After I chose to do a full roof replacement, the job was scheduled quickly. The roofing crew arrived early, stayed busy all day, and completed the large 3000 sq ft shingle roof by the end of the day. It was impressive to see how organized and efficient the whole process was. Trenton stopped by multiple times during the project to inspect the progress, answer questions, and make sure everything was going smoothly. They also took extra care to protect the landscaping and shrubs with covering while tearing off the old roofing materials. The cleanup was excellent, and the yard looked remarkably neat when the work was done, with no stray shingles or debris left behind. The new roof looks great, the leak issue was fully resolved, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. I would recommend them without hesitation for anyone needing roof repair or a full roof replacement in Valdosta.
