  Had my roof repaired by these guys and the job is horrendous looking, and I believe it is unsafe. First- after the repairs were made I noticed pieces of metal, nails, and bits of roofing began to fall from my house whenever it rained or was windy. The metal and nails are all very old and rusty and could have seriously hurt someone. The larger tiles weigh several pounds. They also left a large black trash bag in my yard. Photos are of the debris that has been falling from the roof and the ugly roof they gave me as well. My landlord ordered the job… so at least it wasn’t my money wasted, but I’m still trying to get them to come back and pick up all the junk they left behind. I would not recommend these guys if they were the only roofers in dc

  Very prompt and helpful support to fix the leak in my roof! Joe inspected the roof and quickly determined the source of the leak, went through options and associated costs, answered questions then followed up with additional details. Will call again if the roof acts up in the future!

  I had a leak in my roof, Joe came by to look at it and suggested a cheap DIY solution that cost me about $20 and an hour of my time before we see if I need a professional repair. He didn’t even charge me for the visit. That’s how you get customers for life.

  Chappie, Mauricio, and Daniel did an excellent job on my roof and were done in a single day. They also were very careful not to squish my garden while they worked, which I’m very grateful for. They took lots of photos so I could see what they did without having to climb up on the roof myself. The rest of the team was also excellent - Joe was super helpful and responsive, and he made an efficient assessment and quote from photos and satellite images. It’s hard for me to take time off of work to meet folks at my house so very grateful for that. I’m also very happy to have the excellent warranty that comes with the work. Overall I would definitely recommend United Roofing!

  I had a great experience with Joe. He was incredibly thorough in examining and determining the exact issue I was experiencing for a leak coming from roof. He was also wonderful about walking through the various options and explaining the issue and options to me with great detail. I am so appreciative and would highly recommend Joe at United Roofing!

  I cannot recommend Joe enough! It is often hard to find a contractor you can truly trust, but Joe proved to be incredibly honest and super trustworthy. He took the time to answer all of my questions directly and gave me a clear understanding of what actually needed to be done. Best of all, he didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs, saving me thousands of dollars in the process. It is so refreshing to work with someone with such high integrity. I will definitely be using his services for any future roofing needs.

  Joe came by and did a free estimate/inspection to look at a potential issue (and courteously waited for me despite my running 20 mins late). Rather than upsell me on services, he recommended an easy DIY solution for me to do and even sent me a link where I could buy the right product to fix the issue myself. They earned $0 today but earned my future business.
