We had an issue with our skylights after our full roof replacement last year. One started leaking and the other was noisy and seemed to be letting bugs in. Mike came out and looked at it same day. Took some time to get it scheduled (being the busy season) but once they started, our roofer Gerber did a great job. They finished in the same day and did some custom flashing along the way too. A few weeks later they're holding up very solid. The quality of the work is excellent!

Kelbie roofing was willing to review our home inspection report while we were under contract for a house and not only provide estimates for the roof work but also all the other things noted in the inspection report. We were able to go back to the seller with actual numbers to help us negotiate a credit for a house we were excited about.

Kelbie quickly cleaned and coated my flat roof and pressure washed and sealed my fence and deck. They actually did more than the projected for the same cost.

I have a commercial property with a sloped/flat roof. It’s over 9,500 sqft and Mike was able to seal it and give me a 15 year warranty. Instead of getting a new roof, which would cost way over $100K, he was able to do the job for less than half. Whenever I had a problem, he took care of it quickly. He has a good team and believes in customer service. He’s an expert in his field and recommend anyone to listen to his opinion and advice.
