Outstanding experience with Capitol Improvements! They completed our roofing and siding project with exceptional quality and professionalism. Lance was honest, transparent, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. Fair pricing, excellent craftsmanship, and a trustworthy family-owned business. I couldn't be happier with the results and highly recommend them for any roofing and siding needs.

Capitol Improvements did a great job re-siding my rowhouse. It was a tricky job (involved placing ladders on my neighbor's roof to access the side of my house) that other contractors did not want to take. Ryan and his team were great, and …

We received several quotes for work on our roof, and Pat’s was the most affordable AND had the quickest turnaround time. Miguel did a great job on our roof and gutter installation. Even on a hot DC day, Miguel was able to get the whole project complete in one day, and the results were fantastic. We will definitely use Capitol Improvements again.

I had a full roof replacement done by Capitol Improvements, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. The quality of their work is outstanding. You can tell they take pride in what they do. They’re a family-run company, which made the whole process feel more personal and trustworthy. I worked directly with Lance, who was incredibly responsive, fair, and clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. I’ve already recommended them to a friend, who has since signed on with them for work on his own property. Highly recommend Capitol Improvements if you’re looking for quality roofing and a team you can trust.

Great experience with the team at Capitol Improvements in replacing the balcony door in our condo. We had a somewhat unusual situation, requiring the installation of a custom door, but the end result fit perfectly and was almost identical to the previous door. Jason, Seth, Ivan, and the rest of the team were hard working, flexible, communicative, helpful, and honest. Would definitely recommend for any home project.
