Victor (the owner) is extremely knowledgeable. This is my first time ever filing a homeowners insurance claim and it was due to hail and wind. I did not realize how much of a pain and hassle it was to deal with homeowners insurance companies! They try to fight you tooth and nail to get anything approved and even then try not to pay what it actually costs. I couldn’t have done it alone I would’ve been shut down fast and been left to cover the rest which I probably couldn’t have afforded. Victor never gave up and was by my side (electronically and sometimes in person depending on the need in the process) every step of the way helping me navigate documents, estimates, and breaking down his knowledge to where I could somewhat understand what was going on, what was right, what was wrong, and feel comfortable when responding to the insurance adjuster like I knew what I was talking about 😂. I feel truly blessed I came across Victor thanks to his wife responding to my post on Facebook when I was lost and didn’t know what to do as far as contractors, who to contact, what was right, what was wrong, etc. I was originally approached by a contractor who was VERY pushy and not very communicative with me so I decided not to move forward with him and made the post… I’m thankful for her also. The crews he sent out to do the work, were also great people and very professional… not one complaint. I’m telling you, if you want a contractor that cares, thoroughly understands the industry, won’t mislead you for selfish reasons, will listen to you, work with you as a team, and won’t leave you feeling like your contractor could’ve done more… Victor’s your guy!

Victor was an amazing help to my wife and I. We lost the majority of our home to hurricane Florence and we were having a terrible time dealing with the insurance company not giving us enough money to repair everything. Victor was able to turn a once $30,000 claim into a $60,000 claim. Victor was a great asset to have at our disposal, he made a great buffer between us and the insurance company so that my wife and I didn’t not have to deal with the insurance company directly. I’m currently stationed in NC and Victor continuously traveled back and forth from Ohio to ensure my claim was being processed in quick manner. I would recommend Victor and his Company to anyone, anywhere at anytime. Being from Columbus OH I will recommend Victor to all my friends and family in Ohio and here in NC. We greatly appreciate everything that Victor Davis has done for us, all the questions he answered and how easy he made this whole process.
