  Did a descent job,but would have liked a heads up. Because I wasn't notified of the cutter cleaning and a lot of debris landed on my truck that was close to the house. Now I have to spend additional money to take my truck to get washed. At a minimum they could have took a blower and blew it off my truck!

  The owners of this company are horrible snotty people they treated their service crew like trash. I don’t recommend them for roofing needs. Very unprofessional.

  I write this review with hesitation because I've seen the work this company did with a neighbors house and it looked great. But my review isn't based on any installation but the terrible way we we're treated and time wasted. The company came highly recommended and we had reached out to them to help with a roof leak we have. The group at first communicated well and kept pushing the appointment back which was understandable given the rainy/snowy weather we kept having earlier this year, and safety always comes first which I fully support. But after 3 months we finally got someone to come out and they were professional and friendly, they looked our roof over and advised we would more than likely just need a few repairs and not a whole roof replacement which was a relief for us. Before they left they advised they would send us estimates which was about a month ago and we never heard back even after we outreached. My initial thought was maybe they did respond and the email went to my junk mail but no such email was ever sent, I reached out via phone but never heard back. My thought now is they may only really want to do full roof replacements as that is where the money is and I completely understand but also feel it's not very professional to ignore your customers and if you don't want to do just a repair, you should just say so. Instead they've wasted our time and now we're in the rainy season and have to start over looking for a new roofing company. All the rescheduling makes me think they are just bad at communicating and either didn't want to do the work or just plain forgot. As far as quality of their work, from what I've seen it looks great but if your looking for just a repair there is a good chance they will blow you off as I'm assuming they just want to do full roof replacements. Again, I hate to give a bad review when I've seen the work they've done for others but considering how poorly we we're treated I think it's fair to let others know so if they also go th

  Hi Chad, this review really is unwarranted! After speaking with our sales team and our secretary we have not ever had a customer complain about any of the issues you are stating. We feel this is a fake post trying to damage the integrity of our company.

  These people are not organized. I wasted an hour out of my day to get an assessment that was scheduled the week before for them to: 1 not show up 2 being told they had no record of me, 3 telling me they don't schedule appointments over the phone then trying to schedule with me....over the phone! Terrible organization and very unprofessional! **Reaction to response** I feel sorry that you feel the need to refuse you've made a mistake. Your company was the only one I looked up because my husband saw you were local. I have a 5 min 18 sec long phone call to you in my call history on April 14. But it's OK. I just feel bad for you.

  We are so sorry you feel this way. We decided due to the condition of this roof system(multiple layers with slate, completely disintegrating everywhere with multiple leaks) that a tarp job would not fix your issue. We did not feel right charging you for something that would not solve your problem.

  Henderson Roofing was exceptional in every way, from start to finish. Their installers worked two 12-hour days, in 95-degree temperature (100+ degrees on the roof). We could see them from our windows, working diligently and carefully the entire time. They were so thorough in everything they did. Ted was the manager of our total project and coordinated everything. He met with us from the first day of our inquiry, gathered all the specifics of what we wanted, and drew up the proposal to meet our very specific needs. He made himself available 24/7 and instructed all the workers on all the fine details of our needs. Either Ted or a lead supervisor was on-site the entire project, to double-check that all things were done correctly, and to take all the necessary pictures that would be needed for insurance purposes. And he was prepared with all the complicated paperwork that the insurance company would need at the end. In summary, in many years of dealing with many different kinds of contractors, we have never seen such a thorough and well-organized company. We have tremendous respect for all the workers who worked so hard in that tremendous heat for those long hours. Thank you so much! Mintz Family - Solon, Ohio

  Excellent Experience with Henderson Roofing & Construction — In Canton Great Crew and Great Service from Ted Trencza We recently had our roof and gutters replaced by Henderson Roofing and Construction in July 2026, and we were very pleased with the experience. We especially want to recognize Ted Trencza, our salesperson. Ted was very helpful throughout the project, always available when we had questions, and made sure we understood what was being done. He was easy to work with, knowledgeable, and followed through on what he told us. One thing that really stood out to us was Ted’s attention to the gutters. Before the gutters were even installed, Ted suggested a few changes that he felt would help them work better. We followed his recommendations, and we are very happy that we did. The new gutters are working extremely well, and we appreciated that Ted was thinking ahead and looking at what would work best for our home—not just what was easiest to install. The Henderson crew also deserves recognition. They worked very hard, were respectful of our property, and did an excellent job. They were professional and took care with the work and the details. Overall, we had a very good experience with Henderson Roofing & Construction. For us, having someone like Ted involved made a big difference. We trusted his judgment and felt that he genuinely cared about getting the job done properly. We are very happy with our new roof and gutters and would definitely recommend Henderson Roofing & Construction.   From start (Ted) to finish (installation crew) a professional experience. Henderson Roofing was upfront with possible additional costs, and Ted made communication a snap. 5⭐️ And the new roof is gorgeous. Crew was great with cleanup and treated landscaping with care.
