  I wish I never called this company! Homeowner’s beware! I should have checked the BBB. The owner, Lennart is the most unprofessional person I have ever met. Whatever you do, do not pay him cash or via Cash App. I am preparing my house to sell it. I have an older roof, but it’s in good condition. I had a few shingles missing. I called Pineapple Express Roofing to replace the missing shingles. It was a very small job because there were only a few missing shingles. Lennart said they could do the work same day. He charged me $1,000 and requested payment by Cash App (the first red flag). At the time, the work looked good. Several days later the shingles flew off… the exact same shingles! It took a couple of weeks for me to call back because I’m very busy. But it was less than 30 days later. Lennart and the person he originally came to my house with never came back. He sent someone else (who didn’t even bring a ladder), and then he texted me at 9:12pm to say that these were not the same shingles, and that I now owe him another $400 because he purchased more shingles to replace the ones are missing. At no point did he come back to my house to look at my roof. At no point did anyone get back on my roof. And at no point did I agree to paying him more money. Now I have to find another company to do the work I already paid for. *The picture the owner claims they posted on Facebook is not even my roof. My roof has black shingles.
