  Hello Mr. Bruce I just replied back to Wesley Grant. I believe it’s one of your family members. I answered his remark. They’re saying that he we did a terrible job just as you are saying as well. We’re going through all over our system all over our CRM and you are not one of our customers I think you’re confusing us with someone else so I will please request you guys Respectfully remove this. I will report it as well if you do have proof that you are one of our customers please let us know. You can reach out to us directly and We will take careof any issue.That we did not take care but once again I’ve been asking all my sales reps and I’ve been checking my system and you are not in my system whatsoever.

  Do not allow this company to go on top of your roof. They have you sign a bogus contract that they submit to your insurance company and if you don’t use them, they try to charge you 25% fee. They gave me no contract. I signed nothing with them and their attitude is just nasty. They make empty threats. Do not use them. You will regret it. Report them to the BBB plus your insurance company. I came home one day from work and they were getting ready to climb on top of my roof without my permission. Then they decided they would use a drone without my permission.

We understand your concern, and it's important to clarify that you, the customer, committed insurance fraud. We take any allegations of fraud very seriously and abide by strict ethical standards in all our dealings. Secondly, it's important to note that we operate based on the scope of work provided by the insurance company. Our process involves working within the parameters outlined in the insurance policy and the associated scope of work. We did not provide an “expensive quote” we work based on the insurance scope, and the insurance scope only. We as a company have never installed 3 tab shingles, and have always upgraded for free all our customers with the best shingle in the market with the best warranty. This was a matter of the client trying to keep the money that the insurance awarded upon us approving this claim. We worked hard for the approval and after weeks and months of fighting with the insurance. The customer decided to go to the cheapest option after we completed the approval. We welcome people to ask for any further inquiries or discussions about this situation. Transparency is essential to resolving misunderstandings, and we are fully prepared to provide any necessary proof or documentation to support our position.

The customer after he agreed and signed our contingency agreement and after we put in the work to get the home approved, decided to keep the money and go with a cheaper option. Our agreement states that our customers have 3 days to cancel, But still decided until we got the full approval and he had the insurance money. This was a matter of the client trying to keep the money that the insurance awarded upon us approving this claim.
