  Steve refuses to stand behind his work. Paid over $12,000 to repair a roof. Several months after work perform, roof leak. His response, “ I would be happy to come back in address any issues if you can provide me with a warranty certificate”. His attitude is arrogant and rude. Steer clear of him!!!

  I will wear my first and only one star review as a badge of honor. I earned it sticking up for a homeowner against a predatory realty company. The Cooper Realty Team, Lori Cooper and Edward Coglianese have now achieved the title of dirtiest people I’ve ever done business with in my 23 year roofing career. This metal roof was an absolute nightmare. Half of the house, in addition to the roof, was done by a do-it-yourselfer who lacked construction acumen to say the least; the framing wasn’t even straight or level so it was impossible to even put a metal roof on correctly no matter who did it. I told Miss Cooper that if I had bought this house to flip I would have put in the budget an entire new roof, and on top of that it still would never be right unless they fixed the framing. She insisted a new roof was not in the budget. I walked away. A week later Miss Cooper called and begged me saying she needed cosmetic repairs done to meet her deadlines. I knew there would be problems in the future so I recorded the conversation that I had with Miss Cooper about how bad this roof was and how it needed to be replaced to which she replied, “We are not replacing this roof,” and insisted on cosmetic fixes, which I performed. A year later these two came after me trying to get me to make repairs or pay $7000 for another company to make repairs from the original install. They bought a lemon and instead of having the integrity or decency to sell a good product they just wanted to put a Band-Aid on it to make that cash and when it failed wanted to make me go back and fix it. No business on earth is going to warrantee somebody else’s work, and the roofing industry is certainly no exception. Their bitterness will be my gain.   This company is 100% legit. Tech arrived within 20 minutes and did a fantastic job. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I'm very satisfied with the service and price. I will definitely use them can in future.

  The Genesis arrived early on the designated day. The shingles had been delivered on the weekend. The team worked like a fine tuned clock. They had the roof stripped by 11 and completed by 5. They were friendly and answered my questions. The site was clean when the team left. I highly recommend Genesis Roofing.

  Steve is a breath of fresh air! I work in sales so I know all the tricks and sales gimmicks. Steve gave it to me straight and is very professional and knowledgeable and did fantastic work. Steve and his crew were excellent. He had us laughing with his impression of other roofers because he was right! Haha.

  I had a leak that Steve came out to address. He was polite, efficient and honest. He made a recommendation and charged me a fair price. When I saw water a month later he came back out (the problem this time was the siding and not the roof but he helped anyway)! I plan to install a new roof with him when the time comes. Would recommend!
