Ultimate Walnut Creek Roof Repair replaced my first roof many years ago. They were the only team that really wanted to figure out my roofing problem, since i had an older shake-style roof at the time. Their price was fair, and they did very good work with solid cleanup after the job. Later, after strong storm damage hit and damaged two skylights and the whole roofing system, they replaced that roof as well. After i moved, i had another roof issue from rough weather, and they handled that project too. javier and the crew did an outstanding job on the roof replacement, cleaned everything up very well, and finished the work in just one day. The whole process felt smooth, professional, and dependable, and the new roof has given me real peace of mind in hot weather and seasonal storms.

Working with Ultimate Walnut Creek Roof Repair was an amazing experience from start to finish. they explained every step of the roofing process clearly, including materials, scheduling, and what to expect, with no surprise charges along the way. It was easy to reach someone whenever we had questions, and that kind of real customer service felt rare and refreshing. Our roofing project had extra complications because solar had been installed before the roof replacement, but bruce and patrick handled everything with care and professionalism. They made sure the roof system was properly secured, the flashing was done right around the problem areas, and everything was sealed up to stay leak free. Even when the job became more involved, they kept our best interests first and never cut corners. We are very happy with the finished roof and the overall workmanship. it looks great, gives us peace of mind, and feels built to handle hot sun and regular weather conditions. leonard was also very helpful throughout the process. We have full trust in their team and would gladly recommend their roofing service to anyone needing honest help, strong communication, and quality roof repair or replacement.

I spoke with Javier at Ultimate Walnut Creek Roof Repair about replacing our roof after wind damage, and he was very friendly and easy to work with. We had already talked with our insurance company, so we understood our coverage limit and what made sense for the project. Javier explained the roofing options in simple terms and helped us choose premium shingles because the added cost was small compared to the value, durability, and overall look. After we signed the agreement, the roofing crew arrived early Monday morning and got right to work. They were professional, organized, and clearly knew their trade. They handled the tear-off and installation smoothly, kept the job site neat, and paid attention to cleanup throughout the day. By mid-afternoon, the new roof was finished and everything around the house was cleaned up well. The whole process felt efficient and stress-free, from the first call to the final walkthrough. The new shingles look great, and we feel much better knowing our home in Walnut Creek is protected with a solid roof. I would definitely recommend them for any roof repair or roof replacement work.

i got estimates from three different roofers to replace the shingle roof on my Walnut Creek home after some wind damage. I chose to move forward with bruce because he was professional, easy to reach, gave a clear roofing estimate and schedule, and never made me feel pressured. he checked in a few times, always gave me plenty of notice before stopping by or calling, and took time to go over the roofing plan and shingle options with me. the crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and did very solid roof replacement work. they protected the property, kept the job site organized, and cleaned everything up so well it looked like they had never been there. i also appreciated the clear communication throughout the project and the attention to detail from start to finish. most of all, bruce provided excellent customer service and made the whole roofing process smooth and stress free. i would definitely recommend bruce and his crew for any home roofing needs.

A while back, I had my roof replaced after storm damage. Soon after the new roof was installed, I noticed moisture around one of the skylights and brought it up with Patrick. At first it seemed like it might be bathroom condensation, but since I had never seen that issue before the roof work, I kept a close eye on it. Not long after, a strong rain exposed a leak over my bathroom ceiling, and water caused damage to the drywall and a few other interior spots that had never leaked before. I shared photos of the water damage and got more roofing professionals involved to fully inspect the problem. They found that several shingles needed to be removed and replaced, and they also corrected the flashing installation around the problem areas so the roof system would be sealed the right way. Since those repairs were completed, the roof has performed very well through heavy rain, and I have not had any more leaks. It was a huge relief to finally have the roof watertight and dependable again. I highly recommend this roofing team for roof repairs, leak detection, flashing work, and full roofing service. They were thorough, knowledgeable, and made sure the job was done right.

After another roofer left a flyer on our door pointing out possible roof problems, I checked our roof and saw they were right about one thing—some shingles were loose. I called Ultimate Walnut Creek Roof Repair and was able to get a next-day appointment, which was a huge relief with the warm Walnut Creek weather and the need to keep the roof sealed up before any sun or wind could make the damage worse. Leonard called before arriving, showed up on time, and made the whole roofing service visit easy from start to finish. He carefully inspected the shingles, checked for any other signs of roof damage, and explained everything in simple terms. He let me know what repair work was needed, found no extra problems, and offered to fix the loose shingles right away. I really appreciated his professionalism, courtesy, and honest approach. There was no pressure, no unnecessary upselling, and no attempt to turn a small roof repair into a bigger job. It felt like dealing with someone who truly understands roofing and cares about doing solid work. If I ever need roof repair or a full roof replacement again, I would absolutely call back.

We had a rough time with the roof on our new house, and it turned into a long issue with missing shingles and leaks after strong wind. A friend recommended company: Ultimate Walnut Creek Roof Repair, so i asked them to inspect the roof and explain what needed to be done. javier has been great from the start. he came out, looked over the roofing problem carefully, shared practical repair options, and gave me separate quotes for different parts of the job so i could choose what worked best for my budget. he also came back to tarp the roof quickly after more shingles lifted, which helped protect the house from further water damage. The whole process has felt much more manageable because the communication was clear, the roofing advice was honest, and the service has been reliable. They have not installed the full new roof yet, but based on the help so far, i do trust them to do solid work and handle the project the right way.
