Initially, I wasn’t satisfied with the final result—they left some nails behind and didn’t fully complete the work. However, when we contacted the company, they responded quickly and addressed every issue thoroughly. I was hesitant to give five stars at first, but their willingness to make things right earned it. I appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction.
