Is your attic quietly driving up your summer electric bill? When a roof can't breathe, attic temperatures top 130 degrees, your AC runs longer, and shingles age years faster. Our new guide covers how ridge and soffit vents work together, the warning signs of a starved attic (hot upstairs rooms, curling shingles, winter ice dams), and what proper ventilation saves Westmoreland County homeowners every summer. Every free roof inspection from Bella Construction includes an attic airflow check. Family owned in Irwin since 1995. Call (724) 515-5163.Jul 21, 2026Learn more
