  Lead estimator Lee Cox came out to my house for an estimate on my entire roof. I text him the previous estimate the same day & told him to quote me around the same price if possible...its been 4 days & no response from him. So I called the main office & told the lady what was going on. She said the estimate was sent out the next day, which come to find out, it was sent to the wrong email. I then said, its very unprofessional to not reach back out to me & to forget about it & that I would leave a bad review on this business. She said, "ok no problem, u have a nice weekend". She must think I was joking about this review..think again! I will never refer or recommend this roofing company...they must have paid 120 people to leave good reviews on their business it seems...pathetic

  I don't recommend this company for any roofing issues. L.Cox came out, surveyed the job and told me he would get me an estimate within a week. I still have not heard or seen anything in a month. They never responded to follow up emails or phone calls. Their business card says they are honest with integrity? I'd say they are anything but that. Terrible customer service seek another business elsewhere.

  The owner and all of the employees were so rude, inconsiderate, and disrespectful. They damaged my property and constantly disturbed my family. This company doesn’t take pride in their work or in customer service. I honestly don’t know how people who act this unprofessionally stay in business. The quality of work is sub-par, at best.

  Rob and entire crew was great! Wonderful communication all the way through. They clean up, get things done quickly and have very accurate estimate, no nickel and dime show. Highly recommend!!

  We hired TWM Roofing to re-roof our tile home, a lift-and-relay where they carefully removed our concrete tiles, replaced all the underlayment, and set the original tiles back in place. They weren't the cheapest quote we got, nor the most expensive, but the value was outstanding. What set them apart was the hand-holding through every step, their expertise in scoping exactly the right work, and the meticulous craftsmanship of their crew, the kind of quality you don't see from the street but absolutely feel in a roof done right. Tom and his team take real pride in their work. Highly recommend.

  Our experience with TWM was outstanding from start to finish. Deibys took the time to thoroughly explain the condition of our existing roof, show us exactly what was happening, and walk us through the available options so we could make an informed decision. Rob, the project coordinator, was the best communicator we've ever worked with in the construction industry. He kept us informed every step of the way and was always responsive to questions. The installation crew was professional, hardworking, and respectful of our property. They replaced damaged plywood where needed and delivered a beautiful finished roof that exceeded our expectations. What impressed us most was their flexibility and commitment to customer service. When scheduling issues arose with our solar company, TWM worked hard to adjust their timeline and accommodate the situation, which saved us a great deal of stress. We couldn't be happier with the final result and would highly recommend TWM to anyone looking for a roofing company they can trust.

  I saw TWM doing some repairs in my tract so I got their number from that homeowner made a call to their office and in less tan a week my repair work was done at a great price. I was well satisfied with their work and their management teams hands on effect.

  We are sorry that your experience with communication did not meet the same standard. Many of our customers prefer text communication because it is fast and convenient, but it was our mistake not to ask whether you had a different preference. We should have made sure from the beginning that our communication style worked well for you. You also should have had clearer updates on scheduling, job progress, supervision, and completion. There are no AI robots at TWM. We are very much human with imperfections, making mistakes like this one.  Your comments are very helpful, and we are taking this seriously to improve how we communicate with customers during every phase of a job.
