Reliable, on time, good communication, and very good work. He did not try to upsell as others tried to. Very happy, I would use them again.

The team handled a roof leak that had been ignored by two previous contractors. Instead of just resealing the area, they stripped back part of the roof to find the real cause. That revealed damaged underlayment that had been letting water …

I didn't know much about the company based in San Diego but I thought I would give them a chance based on the reviews. Rene was very professional and straightforward and provided clear information. He came on time and observed carefully to see where my roof leak was located. He gave an estimation on the job and said they would be able to come by the end of the week. They came and took off the area where he thought the leak woud be and yes, he was right on and discovered a big hole in the board. They replaced it and lined a fairly big area with new UDL50 synthetic roof materials. They also cut and clean the valleys to prevent future water blockage. He took pictures for every step of the way to show exactly what they did. On top of that he and his crew gave me a three year waranty on the job in case somthing may go wrong. I couldn't be happier with what Rene and his crew did for my roof. Definitely will call Rene for future work. I also told all my friends and relatives about them.

Angel worked with Jose and Diego on the replacement of my garage flat roof recently and they did an incredible job. I had a leak and stains on my roof and he recommended a full replacement instead of patch work. They replaced the old roof …

High quality job. After finishing the replacement, Rene did a final check on the entire roof, and left me a spare tile.

Amazing job on our Oceanside roof replacement for our home. We were looking for a reliable roofer in North County. We talked to a few roofers but something about Dependable made us feel like they would treat our roof as their own. And sure enough, during the work, the team worked carefully and diligently. the installation came out great. Very clean looking to say the least. Thank you once again for the attention to detail.
