Needed a second opinion for a bathroom gut renovation and ended up going with these folks. Honestly had no clue about tile and plumbing, but they laid the tile crisp and kept the plumbing super clean. Happy with how it turned out!

I’ve used them before, so I called for the annual inspection after the snow melted over here in Sammamish. They found a few small fixes but nothing major, which was nice to hear. Got a written report that laid everything out clearly. It’s good to know their past work held up well.

Woke up to a leak in the bedroom ceiling after that storm (yeah, not fun). Gave these guys a call and they came out same day. Found missing shingles and some bad flashing that had to be fixed. They got everything sorted quickly and even explained what went wrong. Glad I called them out here in Sammamish.

Gutters were pulling away from the fascia, so I found these guys on Google. They came out and rehung everything with new hangers, plus they sealed it all up nicely. Took care of it pretty quick, and honestly, it's nice not to worry about any leaks now. Just a heads up for anyone around here in Issaquah looking for gutter work.

After spotting their truck around the neighborhood, I looked up Twin Peaks Roofing when we had some shingles missing thanks to a recent windstorm. Honestly didn’t know what to expect, but they came out fast and patched everything up nicely. …

Got a leak around my skylight and honestly had no clue what to do. I reached out for a second opinion and ended up going with them after they showed me the flashing issues. They resealed everything and explained what they were doing along the way, which was nice. I live over here in Duvall, so it was great having someone local come out quickly. The whole process felt pretty straightforward, and now I'm just hoping for some rain to really test it out!
