Seemed like a great company, nice guys with competitive prices. In the end its the worst decision we could have made. They installed a faulty roof and we are now paying the price with the damages. We even hired an inspector and he said it was one of the worst torch down roofs he has seen in a long time. Anderson Roofing won't even call back. We would get a lawyer but the stress is too much so I guess they win. We are out the cost of a failed roof and the thousands it will cost for repairs from the leaks they refused to fix. I would encourage people to look elsewhere for a roofing company.

Make sure to ckeck your attic when they leave. Some years ago they came to put new roof in our condo. They forgot to connect the exhaust pipe back on that created mold in my entire attic. Of course they won’t pay for it. Never hire them again.

Last week Anderson Roof installed a new roof on our house which is 22 years old. From the sales consultant to the project manager to the team who installed the roof everyone was highly competent. I got estimates from three roofing companies and I chose Anderson based upon their reviews and the fact that they have been in business for 45 years. It turns out that Anderson was only several hundred dollars more than the least expensive company which had a couple of red flags among their reviews. I decided on Anderson and I'm glad that I did.

The whole process of replacing a roof on your home is not typically something that people look forward to in the overall scheme of things. The process of interviewing contractors, sorting through what might look best and perform best on …

We chose Anderson for one simple reason: they have a crew that specializes in torch down roofing and has been doing it every day for years. They replaced our roof and converted our old "California-style" internal gutters to a new exterior gutter system. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were excellent, and the finished roof and gutters look fantastic! We'd like to thank Randy for being incredibly patient, answering every question, and helping us make the best decisions for our home. We appreciated Tara for keeping us informed and making sure things went smoothly. We'd also like to recognize crew lead Matt, who stayed late after everyone else had gone home to put on the finishing touches and make sure we were 100% happy with our beautiful new roof. Thanks to everyone involved!

I can’t recommend Anderson enough. Our roof looks amazing, and the entire experience was excellent. After receiving several quotes, we chose them for their competitive pricing and exceptional customer support. They took the time to explain every option and answer all our questions without any sales pressure.

We had Anderson roofing come out to our home in West Seattle after receiving some quotes from other companies. Their approach was straight forward, no used car sales, which was much appreciated. Their crews showed up promptly when they said they would and made sure everything was cleaned up after. Roof looks great and would definitely hire again if we ever needed to.

A truly exceptional company all around. They do extremely high quality work, and have great communication. They have helped me in so many ways - they did the original install in my roof, and years later, helped me understand what was going on when I had a ventilation imbalance due to some additional construction I did. Randy even came out to my house right away to help me when I had an issue with another company (who had damaged my roof during a roof cleaning). Randy was also very thoughtful and took a lot of initiative in following up with me to make sure I was taken care of. They have given me invaluable information and support for nearly 10 years now. Thanks to everyone on the team there.

THE BEST! I recently had the pleasure of working with Anderson Roofing, and the experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. From the initial consultation, their team demonstrated professionalism, transparency, and a genuine commitment to quality. They took the time to thoroughly assess my roof, clearly explain the available options, and provide a detailed, honest estimate. Communication was consistent and reliable throughout the project. The crew arrived on time each day, worked efficiently, and showed great attention to detail. Not only was the workmanship top-notch, but they also made sure to keep the worksite clean and safe. The final result was fantastic and it is clear they take pride in what they do. What stood out most was their integrity and customer-first approach. My roof recently had a leak which was near a newly installed chimney. They came out that day and assessed that the chimney company had incorrectly installed the flashing. Anderson Roofing did an immediate repair and fixed the problem. It’s rare to find a company that combines skill, reliability, and excellent service so seamlessly. I am so grateful and would highly recommend Anderson Roofing if you are looking for high-quality work and a team you can trust. A true gem!
