Had a leak in the corner of our bedroom ceiling whenever we got heavy rain. couldnt figure out where it was coming from. TruMast sent someone out and he found the spot where the flashing had pulled away. checked their reviews before calling around Wheaton and glad i did. they fixed it and patched the ceiling area up top so no more water coming in. been through a couple storms since with nothing.

needed a new roof after some storm damage messed up our shingles pretty bad. got a few quotes around Glendale Heights and TruMast came in reasonable without trying to steer me into stuff i didnt need. they knocked it out in a day and a half, tore off the old stuff and hauled it away. no complaints about how it looks now! the guys were quiet and did their thing

Quick estimate, fair price, roof looks great. Crew knew what they were doing and didn't leave a mess behind. Been a few weeks and no issues so far. Solid choice.

Had our whole roof torn off and replaced after the last hail storm did a number on the shingles. The finished result is what sold me on writing this. The new roof looks sharp from the street, the lines along the ridge are clean, and the flashing around the two chimneys is tight and tucked in properly which was something the last roofer botched. They went with a heavier architectural shingle that gives the house more dimension than the flat builder-grade ones we had before. Gutters were reattached straight, the drip edge is actually visible the way it should be, and the pipe boots all match the shingle color instead of looking like afterthoughts. Six months in now and not a single issue through wind or heavy rain.

New roof looks great. Dark gray architectural. Shingles and the lines are straight as can be. Saw their van around Glendale Heights a few times before I even called them. Ridge vents replaced too and the attic isn't baking anymore clean job no shingle bits in the yard.

TruMast did our roof and I was happy with how things went overall. Setting up the estimate was painless - just one call and they had a spot open that same week. The estimator spent a good chunk of time up there looking at everything, …

Full roof replacement done in one day. New shingles look sharp and the color we picked looks even better in person than in the sample. They replaced all the vent flashing too which needed it. Cleanup was solid, no nails or debris left in the yard that I could find. Good work from TruMast.

so we needed a full roof replacement and TruMast was one of three companies we talked to. their price wasnt the cheapest but it was fair and they could get to us faster than the others. the estimate was pretty detailed with everthing broken down by line item which was nice because you could actually see where the money was going. crew came out on a tuesday morning and was done by wednesday afternoon. new shingles look really good, nice even lines across the whole thing. they pulled all the old material off and hauled it away same day. one thing that stood out is they were careful around the flower beds along the front of the house. yard looked fine after. the whole thing just went how you'd want it to go, no surprises no drama. got the invoice and warranty info within the week

A leak started showing up after every heavy rain and we were worried about ceiling damage. The team from Trumast checked the roof carefully, replaced worn shingles and sealed problem spots. Since the repair, everything has stayed dry and we finally feel relaxed again at home in Carol Stream.

I was nervous about hiring a roofer but the experience with TruMast was actually great.Their communication was clear from the first estimate to the final walk through. They didn't try to pressure me into a full replacement when a repair was all I needed. It is nice to find an honest company.
