  We were very satisfied with Pro Home Services. Peter Kivior, the owner, came for the estimate himself , discussed options regarding shingles - qualities of one vs another , provided samples , additional work per codes . Competitive and reasonable price, compared with the other estimates given Team worked from 7:00 til night and they completed the work the same day . Peter was there in the beginning, stopped by to check during the work and came back the following day to make sure property was protected properly, second pass to make sure all nails removed with magnets . November 2025 This is an addition and amended review a year after my new roof installed: Looking from one of the dormers windows I noted that part of the gutter protection LeafFilters was missing , then noted another one missing looking from a different window. I called LeafFilters company and upon inspection I was told by the installer that the filters that were placed several months prior to the new roof installed were missing. I was told that the filters were likely discarded at the time the new roof was installed . I called Peter, the owner of the roofing company, ProHome Services , who after inspection stated that his company can place new aluminum filters at a much lower price than the LeafFilters company ( they use stainless steel filters) “ as a curtesy “ at no cost . I declined since did not want the aluminum filters and to lose my warranty I had with LeafFilters . He refused my request to pay $ 650 ( amount paid to LeafFilters) ,for damages likely occurring during new roof installation. It is very disappointing that his company would have a tarnished reputation by not admitting any responsibility for the damage.

  No respect for your time. We need new roof, new gutters, new exterior doors, and new windows… pretty large job that will likely cost 6 figures. I asked for a Monday appointment because that’s my one day off a week, but they weren’t available so I scheduled the estimate for Tuesday afternoon. Rather than a set appointment time, they gave me a 2 hour window so I had to take the entire afternoon off work. Tuesday rolls around and they never showed up, no calls, texts or emails, nothing. Only after I reached out to them at 4.30 was I informed they’d be another hour. I totally understand things happen and sometimes we get held up but a phone call or text is all it takes. If they can’t be professional or organized enough to call to reschedule an appointment, then I certainly am not going to trust them with 100k+ of my hard earned money.

  I do not recommend Pro Home Services, Inc. and would give it “0” stars if I could. I contacted Pro Home Services, Inc. after they were referred to me by Superior Chimney, who inspected my chimney for water seepage to the front of my fireplace. Superior’s investigation concluded that my issue appeared to be roofing issue, not a chimney issue (albeit some chimney maintenance recommendations were noted, but were unlikely causing the leak) and they stated the likely solution was for a roofer to install a diverter. I asked for a roofer recommendation and Superior gave me Peter’s information. So I contacted Peter and explained to him what Superior said. Peter sent his rep, Ivan, to my house on 10/11/23 snd Ivan inspected the front of my fireplace and roof, and stated that he found the leak and could repair it. Peter sent me an estimate for $1,400 but later reduced the price to $1,300 because I had enough shingles to make the repair. Ivan came back the next day, 10/12/23, and completed the work. On 1/10/24, I contacted Peter and told him the leak had returned after a very slushy, wet snowfall. Peter sent Ivan back out, and Ivan related that he could not find the leak. When I spoke with Peter, he said leaks are tricky and can be to find, and that he could send Ivan out to my house 10 times and he likely would not find the leak! When Peter said that, I asked for half my money back since he had not repaired the leak but had made an effort to repair it. He refused, stating he had done nothing wrong and that the leak was a chimney issue. So I asked Peter, if you knew leaks were tricky and that you may not be able to find it, why did you take the job in the first place? And let’s not forget, the chimney company were the ones who referred me to a roofer after saying the leak appeared to be roofing issue, so why wouldn’t I take their advice? And regardless of if it was a chimney issue or not, you still owe me a refund because you consented to take the job and did not fix it.

  It has come to our attention that Mrs. Greer has made assertions that are inaccurate and misleading. Our contractual obligations were as follows: "Install new custom flashings around the chimney to prevent water ingress, repair shingles around the chimney, and replace wood with ½ inch plywood." All stipulated tasks were duly executed by our team on October 12, 2023. Furthermore, we have provided the comprehensive chimney inspection report and estimate from Superior Chimney, which underscores multiple issues with Mrs. Greer's chimney. As per the initial inspection conducted by our technician, there are numerous points of water penetration. It's imperative to note that our intervention aimed at enhancing water management, rather than serving as a definitive remedy for a leakage issue. Additionally, the unresolved matters requiring attention include the replacement of a cracked chimney crown and the grinding and tuckpointing of the chimney. Subsequent to Mrs. Greer's complaint, our work was subjected to reinspection on January 10, 2024, affirming its water-resistant quality. The area we serviced exhibits no leakage during precipitation. However, the persisting concern arises from the compromised chimney crown, allowing melted snow to infiltrate the residence. Mrs. Greer is cognizant of the requisite repairs, yet she declines to acknowledge this fact. With over two decades of experience in roof repairs, we take immense pride in our unblemished reputation and unwavering commitment to quality. We promptly addressed Mrs. Greer's grievance, albeit its lack of substantiation.

  Had a small leak in roof. Called Pro Home to inspect roof. They came at scheduled time, found and repaired the leak for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend Pro Home to anyone needing roof repairs.

  ProHome was great from the quoting phase all the way through the installation of our roof, gutters, and aluminum window trim replacement projects. They were extremely responsive having to deal with a couple of challenging issues on our end with unique issues. Simply put, if you want a company that is will treat you like family and is extremely conscientious at a good price, call ProHome!

  We recently had our roof replaced by Pro Home Services after sustaining hail damage to our old roof. The team did a fantastic job, finished the work on schedule, and left the property clean.   This was my first time replacing our 35 years old roof and gutters, and the entire process from the initial estimate to the final completion was smooth. The owner Peter explained everything clearly and thoroughly that I felt safe and at ease. They did an outstanding job: Roof installed class 4 shingles and replace 10 rain damaged sheeting boards. Fixed and replaced all of rotted fascia and soffits. Replaced the gutters and upgraded the downspouts from 4" to 5" for better drainage. We paid half payment when the materials were delivered, the other half was payed after the job was completed. Truly an excellent value. What we appreciated the most was Peter was on-site every day to check his crew's progress and talk to me to make sure all my questions and concerns were answered. For a trustworthy, professional and detail-oriented roofer, we highly recommend them.

  From start to finish our roof replacement was efficient and well done. The roof was removed and replaced in one day. The gutters went up the next morning. Communication with Pro Home was excellent.
