  Open downspouts that have been the cause of flooding in my unit several times. I'll be happy to show you several videos over the course of 5 yrs. You took down the last review, but, I'll keep posting

  Dishonest company that I would not deal with every again. Misleading as was told one thing then another. Received a bill with inflated costs for a roof that was installed. Looked at the contract and they were trying to pass off removal of the old roof with a roll of dumpster. Contract included removal and disposal of the roof. The owner directed me to the contract line item for siding removal and tried to pass it off as legit. Wow. Just can't believe the greed of some people. Plus, I've got all the messages he left telling me that I should have read the contract. I was reimbursed but that's not the issue. If they have done this type of business with me, I'm sure that they have done it with others and will continue with their deception. Next step is getting in touch with the state licensing board. Plus my mom's neighbor is a local TV news investigative reporter who I'm sure would be interested in this story. Maybe you'll see a story about this company on the local news soon! Yes, one man or person can make a difference and I plan on being that person. Don't get fleeced by dishonest greedy contractors. I've worked in the trades for over 30 years but I've never run across a company such as this and I wouldn't recommend them at to anyone for any price.

  We apologize that you feel that way. As a small business we hold the right to refuse work if we deem necessary. Unfortunately in your case, we decided to sever our business relationship with you after completing your roof. FTC Oury Group worked off of your insurance proceeds; the amount you paid for your roof was the exact amount that your insurance company paid you. In regards to the dumpster, you were credited back that amount because we discontinued the signed contract we had to replace your siding as well. That dumpster would've been used for your siding project. We are a family owned business and we protect our employees as such. Demanding more and more additional work for no additional cost above the agreed upon signed contract and then attacking that we as a company are being dishonest, will not be tolerated at our company. We stand by our decision in your case and as a company demand the same respectful treatment back. FTC Oury Group has helped hundred of customers by meeting with their adjusters this past summer without any signed contract to help the community that we are a part of. We stand by our integrity and honesty.

  FTC Oury came out to inspect our roof after we noticed a leak during the heavy rains we have had. I was concerned that we would need a new roof, but Dakota identified the problem as being a few stray nails that simply needed to be sealed up. Rather than try and sell me a new roof, he gave a completely honest and transparent reasoning for the issue and was able to seal up the problem areas the same day.

  Scott was very attentive in explaining whole process. Shawna in office answered any questions when I called. Installation personel were respectful, efficient and cleaned up area well on completion. Insurance covered all damage so just paid deductible

  FTC Oury has been great to work with. Timely, professional, and most importantly fixed our roof/water issue. Dakota even came back and attended to separate unrelated issue, free of charge. They’ll have my business as long as I am in the area! Great work!

  Excellent experience with FTC Oury. My neighbors commented on how great the roof looks. Dakota was great to work with and gave us a detailed itemized estimate which allowed me to compare this with other estimates. A crew of 6 people arrived when expected and worked diligently and completed the job in one day. They covered our bushes and back patio with tarps to protect them. Clean up after the job was excellent and I found very little debris after they were done.

  From the moment I first called, the service I received was outstanding. Dakota reached out promptly and went above and beyond to help us with our issue. We had a leak in one of our bedrooms, and it wasn’t immediately clear where it was coming from. Dakota carefully inspected the area, identified potential sources, and assured me that if the issue returns, they’ll be sure to take care of it completely. I really appreciated his professionalism, honesty, and follow-through. I highly recommend them!

  We have had Oury Roofing out to our house twice in the last few years to fix some minor roof issues. Both times, Dakota was quick to diagnose the problem and was honest and didn't try and sell us a roof when we didn't need it yet. We know who we will be calling when it's time for a new roof.
