I had a complicated project that required permits and coordination with the city. True Price handled everything seamlessly. They pulled the permits, scheduled the inspections, and dealt with all the paperwork. All I had to do was write the check. Worth every penny for the peace of mind alone.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 14 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 14, of which 12 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on True Price of Simi Valley. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
