  We would like to provide an update regarding this matter. The California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) officially closed its investigation in this case with no finding against Roof Land, no disciplinary action, and no impact on our contractor's license. The official CSLB closure letter dated 05/08/2026 is available upon request. In addition, the homeowner filed claims through the contractor bond process, and both claims were denied after review and evaluation by the relevant parties. Unfortunately, Google's policies do not allow businesses to upload documents or evidence in review responses, so we are unable to attach the official CSLB closure letter or other related documents here. We respect everyone's right to share their opinion; however, we believe prospective customers deserve to know the final outcome of the official investigations and claims related to this project. Hi Arash, We are extremely disappointed by this review, especially given the facts. We completed your roof project professionally, and the moment you notified us of a concern, we immediately offered to come out and repair the area at no cost, exactly as our warranty states. Based on the photos and video you provided, it is clear the leak is coming from the skylight a part of the roof that we recommended replacing during the original job. Even so, we are still fully willing to service the skylight area at no cost as a gesture of good faith. Instead of allowing us to address the issue, you threatened our family-owned business, demanded money, and stated you would “make sure we go out of business.” After we offered warranty service, you then instructed us not to enter your property, which makes it impossible for any responsible company to resolve the concern properly. We are now uploading and providing all documentation, photos, messages, and project records to show the full truth and protect our company’s reputation.   Tony and his crew did a great job! They kept us informed on scheduling and progress. We appreciate the care his crew took with our property by cleaning up at the end of each day. We were able to split the job into two parts and Tony really helped us with that.

  I gave Roof Land five stars because, literally, there no mistakes in their execution of my roof replacement. From inspection, contract writing and adherance, quality, scheduling, and performance everything came off better than expected, but exactly as promised. Tony - one of the principals - was also very easy and straightforward to deal with.
