  I just called GreatWay Roofing in Simi Valley and was quite surprised that someone answered my call at 6:25 p.m. on Monday (4/24/16) evening as I expected to leave a voicemail message. I advised the woman that answered that I would like to get an estimate for approximately 120 feet of drip edge so, I can have rain gutters installed on our home. She asked if I wanted rain gutters installed. I advised her I already had someone else scheduled to install the rain gutters but I just wanted them to install the drip edge. At that point, she just hung up on me! Amazing customer service! Unbelievable!

  I had a roof leak around a skylight. Kudos to Tim, Tony and his crew for demonstrating roof repair done right -- competitively priced, knowledgeable, experienced and good to work with. They answered all my questions and explained their approach to making the repair. Everything from start to finish was done quickly & very smoothly.

  These guys were the best! They always do what they say they're going to do from showing up on time, to giving you an estimate of the cost and project time frame, to keeping you informed every step of the way with videos. From the office, to the estimator, to the workers everyone was wonderful and wanted to do what would make us happy. They even cleaned up everyday before they left so that there was no mess for us to deal with. The price was very fair, though you could probably find somebody to do it cheaper for you. But we did that last time, and the job was not done well at all. That's what we're all afraid of: having roofers who don't do a good job but you don't know about it because you can't climb up there to see what's going on. With these guys, they want to do everything the way it should be done. We definitely recommend GreatWay!

  Let’s be clear- I’m an old fussbudgeit, and as such, I reserve the right to oversee these guys working and to provide direction at will… So the crew to strip off the old roof shows up and absolutely mauls the old roof and throws it all into a big dump truck, which btw, they backed in on plywood to make sure my paver driveway didn’t get even slightly bruised, and it didn’t- Then they rolled up all the old paper and captured 98% of the old nails- this whole process was done in less than 4 house- they were like a swarm of angry hornets that feed on old roofs- Then the next day, the wood working crew came in and installed new fascia boards and bad areas of termite damage- they also straightened out some funky edge corner decorative areas that were frankly very stupid, and now all that mess is gone, and everything is straight as an arrow- then the solar guys installed their new stansions and the roofers then laid down two layers of paper- an amazing day of work- Now today- they have come in and are already almost done with the new roof- all vents and stansions are properly sealed, so no more leaks next time it rains- The entire process with Greatway has been so smooth, with each guy knowing exactly what they are doing, that I wasn’t able to boss anyone around, and instead I received a wonderful education about how a roofing job actually should be done- from start to finish- absolutely professional from start to finish- two thumbs up, with 5 stars flashing in the sky

  I had a great experience with Matt, General Manager of GreatWay Roofing. He came out in a timely manner to give me a free estimate on repairing 3 areas of my roof that appeared to be causing water damage/dry rot to my home. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful and honest in examining the roof and showing me exactly what was causing the problems. He advised me on how I could save unnecessary expense by making some small changes and repairs myself which would most likely take care of anymore water damage. Matt also suggested some products/tools which would be helpful in doing these repairs if I chose to. I greatly appreciated all Matt’s efforts and care in trying to help me make the right decision and choose the most cost effective way to resolve the roofing issue. Thank you Matt! I highly recommend GreatWay Roofing and I will definitely be reaching out again to them if any other concerns come up in the future.

  The team did a wonderful job on by roof replacement and I could not be happier. Everything with the process, from the initial meeting to discuss the project, to being led through selecting the shingle color was great. The actual team and the project week was perfect and even the cleaning post-roofing was great. Great Job on all aspects!
