We needed to replace an old roof and also had some gutter problems, which had contributed to heavy water flow threatening to go into window wells. The roof crew was extremely efficient, worked very long hours, completed the work exactly on time and when they were done, they left the area cleaner than when they started. They replaced the roof in a way that was better than the original regarding control of the water flow, paying attention to details and replacing flashing in certain areas. The contractor was extremely personal and had had a long history working in this area, beginning literally from the ground up. We enjoyed our interactions and appreciated the skills from the contractor to the roofing crew. I would recommend them without reservation.

Robert, thank you for such a thoughtful review. It was truly a pleasure meeting you and your wife. I especially enjoyed the time we spent visiting and getting to know you both throughout the project. Those personal connections are one of the best parts of this work. I’m glad our crew completed everything on schedule, kept the property clean, and properly addressed the roofing, flashing, and water-flow concerns. Thank you both for trusting True North Roofing with your home and for making us feel so welcome. We sincerely appreciate your recommendation.

Eric was great, as was Mundo (who did the work). I only had a relatively small job, but they fit me in over the weekend (actually Sunday bc of a mistake on my part) to remove my old swamp cooler and patch the roof where it was located. They worked hard to find the best matching shingles available, got them for me, and did the job. Yes — I also thought they were very reasonable price for the job! Thanks!
