  I just got a very unprofessional call from them this morning with screaming in the background im not even the person that they are trying to get ahold of very unprofessional people from the sounds of it I would not recommend going with these people if that is how they treat there customers there should not be screaming in a voicemail when trying to collect a payment that is straight up unprofessional and uncalled for a customer service call the owner needs to take care of this or chill out very unprofessional of them to do i will never go with these people to do my roof unless they are the last company to be able to do so

  If you want to spend a lot of money on roof repairs to still leak, kimball roofing is your company!

  This is an old roof, tar and gravel system. Kimball did repair only on a small section of the roof. No warranties towards repairs. Kimball Co.

  Beware! Kimball Roofing’s work is low quality, they are anxious to sell unnecessary work and they are very willing to waste your time. Kimball himself came out to do the preliminary inspection for a small leak from an exhaust pipe exiting the roof. He inspected the roof from the ground but did not go on the roof or in the attic space. He said he would fix the leak, recommended replacing a visibly damaged turtle vent and recommended adding a ridge line vent. We rejected the ridgeline vent, because we had already added 4 turtle vents a couple of years earlier, which serve the same purpose and felt like we were being sold unnecessary work. We accepted the leak repair and the turtle vent repair. They came out promptly and replaced the turtle vent and worked on the exhaust pipe leak. It rained a few days later and the roof leaked again in the same place. The turtle vent replacement had not issues. I called them and asked them to come out again and resolve the leak. Kimball came out again and looked at the roof from the ground only. He said he would send out a team to revisit the leak. They never came. I made 3 more appointments. The first was a no call, no show. The second was rescheduled minutes before the appointment. The third was another no call, no show. After an hour I called them for an ETA and Kimball tried to reschedule the appointment again. I said that was not acceptable (angrily). He got angry too. He hung up on me.

  Kimball Roofing did not replace our shingles, but we wish they had. The job they did next door is much better than ours from the previous year. While they were working on the neighbors’ shingles, a roll of valley metal came off their roof and took aim at our fence post, breaking the top of it off. I called Christine and she immediately sent the nicest guy out to survey the damage, who took a piece of vinyl to match a new post and I never heard from him again. Two weeks later, we were standing in the driveway talking to friends and I mentioned the damage. As I tried to point it out, I noticed it had been completely repaired! We’re always home, so they must have hired a very quiet magician, who escaped our notice. They never questioned my honesty, just took care of the problem. We were both totally impressed and next time we need a roof repair, Kimball Roofing will be the company we call.

  Kimball Roofing did a great job with our metal roof. We had a couple of unforeseen obstacles with the project and they were very helpful and fair throughout the entire process. There were a couple minor finish issues when the project was complete and Kimball had his guys back the next day to fix them. We were very pleased overall with the cost and the final product.

  Kimball saved us a ton of money by talking to the city about specific codes related to our building and allowed us to add another layer instead of tearing off the entire roof. He did a great job and got the job done quickly. Kimball Roofing is first on my list of roofing companies.

  Kimball Roofing did a large remodel project for us that included roofing, siding, decks and windows. We couldn’t be happier with their work and how quickly they completed it.
