  Thanks to Chris's involvement I was able to get an old tired roof replaced which my insurance company paid for. Without his involvement I am sure the insurance company would have made me replace the roof at my expense. I had gotten a notice that the insurance company that they wanted to come check the property out. They had done this previously at a different property and the result was them telling me I had to replace the roof and to do so at my expense. I did not want this to happen again. In talking to Chris he said he might be able to get a different outcome, and he would check out the roof for storm damage. The property is two hours away from the triangle area, but he made the trip to check if he thought there was damage that could justify an insurance claim. He then did this four hour round trip again to be there when the adjuster was inspecting the roof. As a result of Chris's involvement the outcome was that the insurance company paid for the whole roof replacement as he was able to show enough storm damage to justify their covering the cost. This was a great relief, and now we have a much needed new roof. Lastly I should state that he is very easy to work with. He is calm and competent.

  Chris was a true professional. He went above and beyond to find me the perfect roofing color and material for the coast. His crew was efficent and I was amazed how well they cleaned up. Not one piece of metal was left. Pricing was within budget!

  Triple R Exteriors provided excellent service on my new roof. The Owner provide expert consultation including choosing color of achitectural shingle. Install team was fantastic. Efficient and respectful. Clean-up was outstanding! only evidence of the job is that my house looks great!

  We recently hired Chris to replace our roof and couldn’t be happier with the result. Communication was clear from start to finish, pricing was fair, and the work quality was excellent.
