We were very pleased with our new roof. The staff from the beginning was supper friendly and very helpful. Everytime I have called the office they are quick to answer or find an answer. The workers were very attentive to details and did a wonderful job with clean up. They left the yard and surrounding area free of any roof residue. And the roof looks beautiful. A special thank you to Daniel, AJ, and Hannah.

I chose Mark based on the recommendations of two other homeowners, friends of mine, who used his services in the past. I can now add my high recommendation to theirs without reservation, based on two separate issues he helped me with. I had two ceiling leaks in different parts of my home over the past few months during driving rains. Mark came out promptly both times with spot-on diagnoses and repair/maintenance plans. The first intervention was a suggestion for a step I could take. He didn’t even charge me for the visit. After that worked perfectly for me and a second problem developed in another part of the house, I called and he had his crew make repairs to another section of the roof. His approach is careful, thoughtful. His fee for the second job was reasonable. I find him and his crew easy to communicate with, enjoyable as a matter of fact. I’m completely satisfied with the work and the value.

The Roofcrafters crew did a great job on my new metal roof -- it looks great and keeps the house cooler in the summer heat. The were also fantastic to work with and went above and beyond. Such professionals! I would recommend them to anyone needing a new roof installed.

Highly recommend Roofcrafters. Beautiful work. Very professional. We primarily worked with Aaron, who we met when he came out to provide an estimate for the project. Aaron answered all our questions and never made us feel rushed through the estimate process. He was kind, professional and knowledgeable. He provided a quote on the spot, and was timely with all scheduled meetings and all correspondence. Once the date was set to begin the project the crew wasted no time, they were efficient, courteous and tidy. Entire project complete within 5 days, and that is including a few set backs. As with most projects, there were delays that came up. But Mark and Aaron were very professional through the entire process and were constantly updating us on the timeline for completion. I think professionals can be judged by how they react when things don't go to plan. Roofcrafters gets high marks for all aspects of this project. Lastly, the roof looks amazing. It is beautiful and we would absolutely work with Roofcrafters again as well as recommend them to all of our friends and family.

Mark and his team just completed our rib lock metal roof replacement from an existing shingle roof and the finished project looks fabulous. Mark has been very good to work with and is fastidious in ensuring quality work. We are greatly impressed and would recommend Roof Crafters without hesitation!

RoofCrafters recently replaced our roof (which was 30+ years old) - we wanted to stick with shingles and there was no pressure to "upgrade" or add anything we didn't feel was necessary. Mark was very helpful and communicative, though we did play a bit of "phone tag" which is to be expected and certainly better than not being called back which seems to be standard! He's a super nice guy and easy to work with. Even with a record amount of rain, they were able to complete our roof sooner than anticipated and got it done within one day. The crew were polite and left our yard pretty clean, and we were charged exactly the amount we were quoted (which was lower than anyone else!). And now our roof looks fabulous and I imagine will last another 30 years or more (especially since I know RC stand behind their work and will take care of any problems we might have)!
