Don’t count on them coming out for a small job. Had an appointment scheduled two weeks in advance for 10 am today. Took off work, and still no one showed up and still sitting here at 4. Not even a call. So unless you’re a big job, not just …

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and for your edit acknowledging our multiple attempts to reach out to you on the day of the appointment. We apologize for missing the meeting we had confirmed with you, and regret we were unable to reach you by phone to acknowledge our mistake. Unfortunately we had an internal miscommunication that resulted in the missed appointment, and we certainly take full responsibility for that. We are glad you were able to find someone to assist you with this, and hope you will consider giving us a second chance should you need assistance with a similar project in the future.

Everything went smoothly. Joel made sure we were informed every step of the way and the installation went well, even working around rain.

We had an excellent experience with Trinity Roofing, especially working with Joel Carriker. From the very beginning, Joel was incredibly kind, professional, and prompt in responding to any questions or concerns we had. He came out to inspect our roof after a leak in our atic and walked us through the entire process. Our insurance initially denied our claim. Joel worked diligently to appeal the decision through a third-party inspection, and thanks to his persistence and expertise, our claim was ultimately approved. Once the claim was approved, Trinity Roofing had our new roof installed within a week. The crew did an outstanding job, the roof looks fantastic, and they left our property spotless when they finished. We couldn't be happier with the service we received and highly recommend Trinity Roofing and Joel Carriker to anyone looking for an honest, professional roofing company that truly goes above and beyond for their customers.

Alex personally inspected my roof after a hail storm, and assessed that the roof was in good shape and didn't need to be replaced. Appreciate his honest approach.

After hail damaged our roof this past spring, Allstate initially offered a partial claim, but the folks at Trinity Roofing worked to make sure we got full coverage. This is a trustworthy company with good, honest people. I highly recommend their services.

I needed a roof, they put one up for me. No corners cut, no gimmicks. After the work was completed the owner himself came by to check for nails in the yard. That’s service!
