  I had a very disappointing experience with KG Roofing. I hired them for a roof replacement based on their promise of high-quality materials and a professional installation process. Unfortunately, they fell short on both counts. First, they assured me that they would use top-grade shingles and provide a detailed timeline for the project. Instead, they used lower-quality materials that I later discovered were not what we agreed upon. The timeline was also a joke-what was supposed to take a week stretched in to over two weeks, with no clear communication from them during that time. when the crew finally arrived, they seemed unorganized. They didn't cover my landscaping as promised, resulting in damage to several plants. additionally, they left debris scattered throughout my yard and didn't clean up thoroughly after finishing the job. To top it off, just a few weeks after the installation, I noticed leaks in multiple areas of the roof. I reached out the their customer service, expecting prompt support, but it took days for them to responds, and when they finally did, they were dismissive and unhelpful. Overall, I expected professionalism and quality work, but I got the opposite. I would not recommend KG Roofing to anyone looking for reliable roofing services. Save your time and money-go with a company that truly values it customers.

  We had a wonderful experience working with Trevor and the team! We had extensive renovations done in our home. Two bathrooms gutted and remodeled, an atrium filled in and turned into functional living space, and a sunroom converted into an office. We are so happy with the finished product as well as with our experience during the renovation. As a stay at home mom with littles, I was a bit nervous about having workers in and out of our home for several months but never once did I not feel at ease. Everyone we worked with were kind and professional. Most even humored my toddler who would chatter away and try to show off his latest cars. We will cherish what feels like a new home for many years to come and plan on reaching back out if we ever have any other roofing or renovation needs!

  Absolutely fantastic serving from the entire team at KG roofing. I thoroughly enjoy companies where work directly through the ownership team every time. We had some vent boots replaced on our roof and from first call to completion it took less than 3 days. Couldn’t be more impressed. Highly recommend.

  We had a great experience with Trevor and the team. We had extensive work done in several rooms of our old home and Trevor coordinated all materials, labor, and timelines and even our particular wants and made it all come together painlessly. We now get to enjoy our newly updated home thanks to KG Roofing & Renovations. Highly recommended!

  This is the second roof replacement (mine and my mother’s houses). 5 stars doesn’t seem to be enough. Alonso is an amazing rep to work with in structuring and completing the entire process. Roof, paint, gutters etc….its all completed to the highest satisfaction.

  Had a leak spring in our ceiling and needed someone quick to see what was going on. Kolby answered all of our questions and concerns when we called on the phone and got out to us as soon as possible to check it out. He was super explanatory to us and professional in what he did.   KG roofing was very professional and helpful with every step in the long process of getting a settlement from the insurance company. Kolby was so helpful, guiding us every step of the way. The day of the work couldn’t have been any better. They arrived in the morning and had our roof completed and cleaned up by the end of day. Thanks KG roofing for a job well done.
