  I needed to replace my home's roof and spent time getting quotes from several roofing companies before deciding on Tri Valley Roofing Company. I'm very glad I chose them. They did an excellent job installing our new roof, cleaning the gutters, and replacing the rotten wood along the roof edges. The quality of their workmanship was outstanding. I especially want to recognize our Project Manager, Brandon. From the day we received the estimate until the final inspection was completed, Brandon was there every step of the way. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and made sure every question we had was answered. He visited the job site daily to ensure the work was completed with the highest level of quality and professionalism. There was one flashing detail that, while it met inspection standards, wasn't visually appealing to me. As soon as I brought it up, Brandon stepped in and made sure my concern was addressed. He never dismissed my feedback simply because it passed inspection. Instead, he worked with the team to make it right. That level of customer service really stood out and showed that they genuinely care about customer satisfaction. The entire process was transparent from the beginning. The contract was clear, the pricing was detailed, and the scope of work was well documented. Before providing the estimate, they also performed a thorough roof inspection, which gave me confidence that the proposal accurately reflected the work that needed to be done. I first noticed Tri Valley Roofing Company while they were working on another home in our community, and I'm so glad I reached out to them. They exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and customer-focused roofing company.

  TriValley recently completed the roofing and gutter/downspout replacement at my home, and they did an outstanding job. I highly recommend them to anyone considering similar work. A few highlights: Brandon was fantastic to work with--professional, patient, and always willing to answer every question to make sure I felt confident throughout the process. He even made extra trips to my home to drop off and pick up gutter and shingle samples so we could choose the perfect colors. Brandon also kept me consistently updated on progress and what to expect at each stage, which I truly appreciated. I especially appreciated how quickly and thoughtfully the team responded when the weather changed unexpectedly. Even the owner, Ryan, came out to my home--along with Brandon and the crew--to stay late and make sure protective underlayment was fully installed before the rain started. Their urgency and care gave me tremendous peace of mind. The crew--Christian, Ricardo, and Eddie--did an excellent job with the daily cleanup. I didn't find a single nail or piece of metal on my driveway, the street, or in my backyard after they were done each day. They were professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. They completed the entire project in just four days, and the city inspection passed with no issues.

  Tri Valley roofing replaced a skylight in our bathroom. They made the process smooth to receive a quote, accept a quote and get the work accomplished quickly. The whole skylight was installed and done in less than 1.5 hours and the crew left everything clean as they found it. Would go back to Tri Valley for future roofing needs.

  The response to my request for an estimate was very prompt. During the sure visit we discussed various options and I received a detailed estimate for each one.   Very professional and easy to work with.

For this Pleasanton, CA, roof replacement, Tri Valley Roofing removed the existing roofing and installed CertainTeed Landmark Pro Solaris shingles in Weatheredwood, and finished with CertainTeed Mountain Ridge and starter pieces for a clean, professional roofline. New pipe jacks and roof vents were also installed, sealed, and painted, and fresh chimney flashing was added to keep water outside the home.2 days ago
