  Very disappointed with my experience with Element roofing. Stay away from them! To fix a roof leak we decided to go with entire roof replacement vs the repair only. After spending 34K on the project the original leak came back after the first rains! Besides the original leak inside the house, there are other leaks outside with water not going into the gutter and falling from the wooden beams at the edges. Have been chasing them for last 3 months with little success, they are rude and do not stand behind there work.. Please stay way if you value your time and $.

  Good company. Reasonable quote, got started right away, crew was polite and did excellent clean up at the end of each day. There were some things left undone and when I let the owner know he sent his foreman out to take care of them the very next day. Besides some delays in communication (I think I may have had the less-used cell phone number of the owner) I have zero complaints!

  Great roofing company. Was competitive and detailed on their quote/estimate. Cleaned up after each day's work. And the workers treated my roof as if it were their own. Would definitely recommend Element Roofing Company.

  I have used element in the past to Do some repair work and install a roof on my garage. Most recently our houses roof was damaged in the recent storms and many shingles blown off the house. I called Chad and his crew was out there the next morning placing plastic and tarps on my roof. Super professional and very helpful. I would highly recommend Element roofing.

  We contacted Chad from Element Roof to provide an estimate on a roof repair vs a replacement in Livermore. He arrived on time which was greatly appreciated. He did a thorough inspection and provided two seperate estimates for a repair and a replacement of the existing roof. We found him to be honest, timely, knowledgable, and professional. He gave us a recommendation on product and best option for our project. He didn't try to up-sell us any product or service. His crew showed up on time and they cleaned up after the job, which was great. I highly recommend them and have received compliments on the roof replacement from the neighbors.   Pricing was good. They gave an honest assessment of our roofing needs prior to our solar installation and we chose to have roof replaced as a preventative step to avoid costly work in the future.

  Chad and his crew were great to work with. We had (what we thought) was a complicated, chronic leak that had bugged us for years. Chad was extremely responsive and patiently worked with us on a solution. The crew worked diligently and finished the job quickly. We highly recommend Element Roofing!
