  The old siding had its time. The new white Hardie siding makes the whole place look cleaner without looking too new. Arista Exteriors did what they said they would, and that’s enough for me. Keep it up 😁

  We had the whole house re stuccoed. The old stucco was cracked up pretty bad and now the house looks like new again. The crew worked hard and got it done faster then I thought they would. Overall it was a good experience and I would definitely tell anybody looking for stucco work to give them a call.

  We had James Hardie siding installed on the back of our San Francisco home and the project went really smoothly. Ari was professional, easy to get ahold of, and kept everything moving.   We don’t write a lot of reviews, but figured these guys earned one. We had Arista build a new Thermory Benchmark Ash deck and it came out great. I wasn’t really sure what it was going to look like when we picked it, but it ended up looking really sharp. The crew showed up, did the work, and didn’t make things complicated. Everything feels sturdy and finished the way it should be. We’ve had a few people ask about it already. Happy with how it turned out.

  Our front stairs were completely shot. A lot of the wood underneath was rotted out bad and you could feel movement when walking on it. These guys tore it all apart and rebuilt the whole thing solid. New framing, new boards, everything lined up nice and feels way stronger now. We also had them repaint the whole house after and it came out really clean. Prep work looked good, caulking was done right, and coverage came out even all around. Crew worked hard every day and didn’t leave the place trashed at the end. Glad we got it taken care of before the stairs got any worse.

  They refinished our back deck a few weeks ago and did a really solid job from start to finish. The wood had faded over the years and needed a lot of prep work before staining, but they took their time and didn’t rush through it. The finished color came out clean and even, and the deck looks refreshed without looking overly glossy or artificial. They also kept the work area tidy throughout the project which we appreciated.

  Japanese burnt hardwood wasn’t the easiest material to work with from what we learned during this project. We wanted a Shou Sugi Ban style exterior and talked to a few contractors before finding Arista. A lot of people either didn’t want to deal with it or tried steering us toward something more standard. The material itself had about a 3 week lead time and came with pretty specific install requirements to avoid damaging the finish or throwing off the overall look. What stood out to us was how much attention they gave to the details. The shadow gap layout had to stay perfectly consistent and the alignment really mattered with this style of siding. It’s one of those materials where small mistakes would stand out immediately. They took their time with it and never made it feel rushed even when parts of the install were tedious. The finished house looks amazing. The texture and depth of the burnt hardwood changes throughout the day depending on the lighting and it gave the house a completely different feel without looking overdone. We’ve already had multiple people stop to ask about it because it’s not something you see every day. Really glad we trusted Arista with it.

  We recently replaced our old wood siding, which had begun to rot, with stucco—and the transformation has been incredible. The entire property now looks cleaner, more modern, and much more durable. What really stood out was the care the crew put into the demolition and preparation work. They didn’t rush the process or cut corners, and it was clear they focused on doing things the right way beneath the surface, not just on the final appearance. They were also very respectful throughout the project, keeping the work area tidy, minimizing disruption, and being considerate of our neighbors when it came to noise and overall impact. Now that everything is finished, the house feels properly sealed and significantly upgraded. We’re really happy with both the quality of the work and the overall experience.
