  What a rip-off. They charged me for the inspection and didn't give me an estimate. Not a phone call, email, or any communication. Then an overdue bill because they didn't contact me and no way to pay the bill. Do not use these people.

  Horrible experience, Horrible people, even worse employees. They left me a "brand new" leaking roof !

  Better hope your neighbor doesn't hire them - they left a complete mess all over my property and didn't even attempt to clean up. Alleyway filled with chunks of old roof, my front door and steps covered in some sort of glue to that they were careless with for two days... Nightmare.

  Check to see if they are licensed for residential work!!! Received really poor customer service and unprofessional faulty workmanship. Billing however they do well.

  I recently had my roof replaced and gutters added, and am extremely satisfied with the entire process from start to finish. Everyone from Tri-County showed professionalism, efficiency, and exceptional workmanship.

  Tri-County replaced our metal roof with a shingle roof. Zack was timely, very knowledgeable and extremely accurate with the estimate. The crews were very hard-working, fast and extremely careful with the clean up. The whole job was of the highest quality. We will definitely use them for our next project! Thank you Tri-County!

  Great experience! Very knowledgeable and friendly employees. I have an old farmhouse with multiple roof surfaces and Tri-county was able to address them all. Vince was excellent to work with on the proposal and overseeing the work, Jose, Christian and the crew did amazing work and everyone that I interacted with at the company was a joy to work with on what could have been a stressful experience! Cannot recommend them enough if you need any type of roofing!

  Just used Tri-County Roofing to install a new roof on our townhouse. Vince was great – he came out to inspect our problem quickly, was very responsive, and thoroughly answered all of our questions! The installation process was painless. We simply left our house in the morning and came home to a new roof. Great experience, thank you!

  Nice people. The driveway was not designed for delivery or storage, both of which they use it for. It is do-able but is a complete PITA for a sleeper sized truck and trailer.

  I recently had my roof replaced by Tri-County. Vince was professional and responsive to my questions. The roof was installed quickly and efficiently. Tri-County also installed a new roof on a 3 level building that I own in Baltimore City.
