Tyler Seipp came out to give me an estimate on some roof repairs I needed done and said he would have a quote over to me. Later that afternoon I emailed him asking when i could expect the quote, he never replied back to my email nor ever sent a quote for the work. If this is how this company conducts business I’d think twice about paying them for any work.

Hi Chris, Thank you for sharing your feedback, and I sincerely apologize for the lack of follow-up and communication you experienced. We deeply regret that we missed the mark during your experience with us. I want to acknowledge that this review is from 6 years ago, and at that time, we were transitioning from a construction company to a roofing company. Unfortunately, that transition led to some growing pains, and we did not handle your request as we should have. This is not the standard of service we strive to provide, and I understand your frustration. If you're still in need of roofing services, I would be more than happy to personally assist you and ensure that you receive the attention and professionalism you deserve. Please feel free to reach out to me directly, and I’ll make sure everything is taken care of promptly. Once again, I apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for bringing this to our attention. Best regards, Jason @ Seipp Roofing, LLC

Seipp roofing is the best in the roofing business as far as I’m concerned. Their depth of knowledge and broad capabilities were a welcome relief. They repaired my standing seam metal roof that no other roofer wanted to touch. They also replaced the shingle roof on a second house and went above and beyond on that job using architectural shingles at no additional charge, as well as making several sheathing and modification repairs, all for $1500. less than other quotes I had gotten. They also repaired and coated two flat roofs at a considerable discount from other local roofers. Thank you Tyler!
