  Thank you for the feedback, and we appreciate your kind comments about the previous work we completed on your metal roof. We’re glad you were happy with the service we provided at that time. When we spoke, we explained that due to rising operational costs, including fuel, labor, and materials, we now have a $499 minimum service call. We also explained that running drain tubing would likely be better suited for a handyman. Our intention was actually to try to save you money by pointing you toward someone who could likely handle the issue more affordably, rather than charging you for a roofing service call that may not have been necessary. We certainly did not intend to make you feel like your concern was unimportant, and we’re sorry the conversation came across that way. We truly appreciate the opportunity to have worked with you in the past and wish you the very best moving forward.

  I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Tyler and his company\. We recently discovered a roof leak that caused damage to the drywall in our garage, and not knowing much about roofing, we decided to get several professional opinions\. The first company quoted us approximately **$3,200**, and the second estimate was somewhat less expensive\. Tyler was the third person to come out, and the experience could not have been more different\. From the moment he arrived, Tyler was **extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping us**\. He took the time to inspect the roof, explain what he was seeing, and educate me about the condition of the roof and what actually needed to be done\. I really appreciated this because I admittedly knew very little about roofing and was trying to make sense of several different opinions and estimates\. After inspecting everything, Tyler determined that the problem did **not** require thousands of dollars worth of work\. Instead, there were several relatively minor areas that needed attention\. He spent roughly 20–30 minutes taking care of them himself, including securing areas that needed attention and applying roofing sealant where appropriate\. He even used his own materials and **did not charge us for his time or the work**\. What impressed me most wasn’t simply that he didn’t charge us—it was **why**\. Tyler explained that he believes in being honest with people and establishing long\-term relationships with his customers rather than selling someone work they don’t need\. That kind of integrity is becoming increasingly difficult to find\. He also asked me to call or text him after the upcoming rains and let him know how everything holds up\. That told me he wasn’t just interested in finishing the visit and leaving—he genuinely cared about whether the problem was solved\. I was also very impressed by Tyler personally\.   Awesome company!! Tyler fixed my fascia that had blown off in a storm. While he was on the roof he made sure the rest of the fascia was secure also! He was on time, professional and very reasonable! I highly recommend Seipp!!

  The guys at Seipp did an awesome job on our church! We had storm damage and before they new they had the job, they tarped it so it wouldn't get worse. They had drone pictures of the entire process. Great bunch of guys.

  Seipp Roofing came and fixed some fascia that had gotten damaged during high winds. They completed the work without me even knowing they were on my roof, and at a very reasonable price! I would never look anywhere else for roof repairs.

  Contacted them about a roof leak, they came next day, crawled around in a sweltering attic, found the cause and fixed it in 15 minutes. We were quite pleased.

  We just had our roof replaced by Seipp Roofing. Tyler Seipp was a joy to work with. He was amazingly prompt from our 1st call, thorough the entire process and even showed up the morning after completion to walk around and make sure everything was completed and there was no remaining debris on the ground. The ENTIRE crew was amazing too. They worked diligently and did a great job. I will be recommending them to family and friends for sure. Don’t hesitate to hire them!

  Super efficient and thorough in workmanship. The Seipp team worked continually from early morning to late evening so no part of the roof rebuild was unfinished. And the cost, with.more work and a better product was significantly lower than a previous inferior job.
