I had used Treggo Lume Home Roofers before for a full roof replacement and new gutters, and the work turned out excellent, so I called again for a small gutter repair. This time it was an elbow near the top of a two-story downspout in Simi Valley. I reached out for an estimate, and by the very next day they showed up, checked the issue, and took care of the repair right away. The crew was professional, fast, and clearly knew roofing and gutter systems well. I have been dealing with some difficult medical issues that make home maintenance hard for me, so their kindness meant a lot. They even handled the repair at no charge, which was a very generous surprise. It is rare to find that kind of honest service and care these days. I truly appreciate the helpful attitude, solid workmanship, and respect they showed from start to finish.

Beginning with the first phone call, Treggo Lume Home Roofers showed real professionalism. During the estimate and roof inspection, lawrence explained everything clearly. There was a leak in my living room, and i found out an animal had pulled shingles loose near the chimney. he patched that spot before leaving, which gave me peace of mind right away. It was clear the roofing crew followed the same high standards from start to finish. I was very happy with their fast response, solid work ethic, and thorough cleanup after the job. From the beginning, i felt this was the right team to hire in Simi Valley. they treated my property with care, handled the roof repair properly, and completed all the work they promised.

Treggo Lume Home Roofers did an outstanding job after a severe wind and rain storm in Simi Valley. They helped us work with our insurance company and handled a full exterior restoration, including a new roof, gutters, downspouts, and siding. It was a very large roofing project that needed careful scheduling in phases with suppliers and crew members, and everything stayed organized and on track. Gabriel went far above and beyond throughout the whole process. He responded quickly, kept communication clear, and treated the job with real care, like he was working on his own home. From the first inspection and estimate to the final walkthrough, every step was handled in a professional and detailed way. A lot of roofing contractors make big promises and fall short, but he followed through and put in extra effort to make sure the work was done right. Willie also deserves special credit for staying persistent with the insurance company so the claim covered what it needed to cover. He kept following up and advocating for us so nothing important was missed. That support made a big difference and gave us peace of mind during a stressful repair process. The whole experience was smooth, well managed, and high quality. We are extremely happy with the finished roof and exterior work, and we highly recommend them.

I highly recommend company: Treggo Lume Home Roofers. I had a small roof leak and some cracked and missing mortar around my tile roof that needed repair. bobby personally came out to inspect the roof, explain the problem in simple terms, and go over the scope of work with me. After we agreed on a clear plan, the crew was able to come out just a couple days later and complete the repairs. they did a fantastic job, cleaned up well, and made sure the tile roof looked solid and sealed properly for the warm Simi Valley weather. If you want a roofing company that is responsive, professional, very friendly, and fair on pricing, even for a smaller repair, i would absolutely recommend them.

When rain started leaking through our roof, Sean came out the same day to inspect the damage and point out the roofing issues that needed attention. He clearly explained the condition of the shingles, flashing, and other problem areas, along with what could happen if repairs were delayed during more heavy rain and heat. His crew quickly replaced our roof and fixed several other concerns to make sure everything was sealed and protected. The whole team was professional, efficient, and easy to work with. Best of all, Sean stayed involved on site and walked me through each step of the roofing process, which gave me a lot of confidence in the work being done. The project was completed smoothly, the cleanup was solid, and our roof now looks great and feels much more secure. I highly recommend their roofing service for anyone needing roof replacement, repairs, or other exterior work.

i highly recommend this roofing team for complete storm damage repair and home exterior restoration. after a heavy storm, my mother-in-law’s home had major damage from fallen trees, including the roof, gutters, overhangs, siding, deck, electrical areas, and some interior walls. jesus was very experienced with the insurance claim process and helped put together clear estimates and repair details. he stayed involved throughout the whole project and managed the crew and subcontractors on site so the roofing and repair work moved smoothly, stayed on schedule, and remained within budget. the workmanship was excellent, and the new roof, gutters, and exterior repairs all look clean, solid, and professionally finished. everything now looks refreshed, secure, and almost like new again. we would gladly use this company again for future roofing or exterior repair work.

I found a roofer through a quick web search for roofing companies in Simi Valley. I called and was able to schedule an appointment within a few days. My roofing specialist, Sean, arrived on time and carefully inspected my roof while answering all of my questions. Sean explained the full roofing system that could be installed and brought samples of the shingles, roof decking, leak barrier, and attic ventilation materials. I also got a couple of other estimates, and none of the other roofers brought material samples or explained the roofing process as clearly. The estimate included replacement plywood for any rotten or damaged roof areas, and that ended up covering the repairs my roof needed. The price I was quoted was the exact price I paid, which I really appreciated. The office staff were friendly, professional, and easy to work with. I also worked with Jesus and Gabriel, and both were very helpful throughout the project. On installation day, the roofing crew was skilled, organized, and clearly knew their trade. They completed the work efficiently, and the cleanup was excellent. My property looked very clean when they finished. Overall, I was very impressed with the service, communication, workmanship, and honesty from start to finish.

100% recommend Treggo Lume Home Roofers. Even though we did not need a big roofing job, Jesus was very helpful and took the time to come out and do a full roof inspection, including the garage, attic, gutters, and other key areas to track down what was causing the water stain on our interior wall. He found that the issue came from a clogged gutter and a small unsealed roof opening. He handled it right away, cleared the blockage, sealed the spot, and explained in simple terms how the leak happened and how to help prevent it later. We really appreciated the patience, kindness, and great customer care throughout the visit. It is hard to find a roofer who will go the extra mile on a smaller issue, and that level of honesty and attention meant a lot to us. We will absolutely use them again for any future roof repair or maintenance and will gladly recommend them to family and friends.

We recently had our roof re-shingled, and it was a tough job because of the steep slopes and sharp roof pitch. We chose Treggo Lume Home Roofers after reading strong reviews, and the whole experience lived up to the praise. The crew was efficient, professional, and quick from start to finish. They handled the challenging roofing work with skill, kept the job moving smoothly, and paid close attention to detail. Gabriel was helpful and easy to work with throughout the process. Everyone went above and beyond what we expected, and the customer service from the owner and management team was outstanding. Their honesty, workmanship, and commitment to satisfaction clearly carry through to the entire roofing crew.

A roofing crew just finished reroofing my home and installing new gutters, and i could not be happier. If i could give 6 stars out of 5, i would. sean was great to work with from the start, and lawrence, the roofing supervisor, led the crew with real skill and speed. They got the roof work done in only two days and the workmanship looked solid all around. jesus handled the gutter installation and did an equally strong job. For the overall value, i definitely got my money’s worth. The price was fair, the schedule matched what was promised, the team was friendly and professional, the roofing job was done right, and the cleanup was thorough. Right after the last worker left, we got some rain in Simi Valley, and the new roof and gutters performed exactly as they should. I’m very impressed with the whole roofing experience and would gladly hire this team again for any exterior roofing and gutter work.

we’ve worked with Bobby twice, and both times we were very impressed with his roofing, siding, and window knowledge, solid work ethic, and straight-forward approach. Bobby gave us an estimate for replacing the siding on our home and took time to walk us through the different material options in simple terms. he was very patient while we learned about the products and made the extra effort to make sure our older windows would fit well with the new siding and flashing details. More recently, one of our chimney caps came loose. Bobby stopped by and fixed it, even though it was a small roofing service call. While he was up on the roof, he also did a careful inspection and let us know everything looked good, with no storm damage or problem areas. we really appreciated the honest feedback and the no-pressure approach. Great service, dependable roof work, and quality exterior knowledge. we highly recommend them for roofing and siding work.
