Tried to do business with this company. Kyle had come out to do a walkaround and give an estimate for siding and gutter installation. Said would be a couple days and would email me the estimate for either repairing or replacing the siding and putting gutters on the front of the house. He came out on the 4th, nothing. Reached out via the card he gave me and silence. I will not do business with a company that cares so little.

Steven, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the lack of follow-through on your estimate. That is absolutely not the experience we want anyone to have, and we understand your frustration completely. I will be personally reaching out to you, but please don't hesitate to contact me directly in the meantime — I'm Lindsay, one of the owners, and you can reach me at 208-871-6838. We'd love the chance to turn this experience around.

Silver Lining helped me with roof repair here in Meridian after large winds early June blew off shingles along my ridgeline. My existing roof is 18 years old & I received multiple quotes from other roofing companies all they wanted to was scare me into thinking I needed a complete roof replacement for my current shingles for a 30 year old roof lifespan. Silver Lining Roofing replaced my wind damaged shingles than giving me the option of treating my current roof with their exclusive Roof Shield bring back the life to my existing roof shingles now it looks like a brand new roof while preserving my existing roof shingles. 5 stars to Silver Lining Roofing :)

Joe, thank you so much for sharing this — it really means a lot! We hear it all the time: homeowners getting pressured into full replacements when there's still plenty of life left in their roof. That's exactly why we always look for the option that actually makes sense for our customers first. We're so glad we could get those wind-damaged shingles taken care of and treat the rest with Roof Shield — love that it's looking like new again! We appreciate you trusting Silver Lining and we're here if you ever need us. 🙌

We were very happy with the work done by Kyle and Silver Lining Roofing. We like the attention to detail and the fact that Kyle personally checked on the job. Before he gave us our final bill, he made sure that all the shingles were down and holding the way they should. It's very impressive. The amount of time he spent on our house. I would recommend him to anybody who needs a new roof or roof repairs.
