  If you work with this company be sure to get the plan and scope of work in writing, in detail, and make sure they actually do what they say. After very hard rain our roof was occasionally leaking in one area. The sales rep came out and told me that we needed to replace the sheathing under our roof tiles along one of the ridges to fix the problem and while they were at it we decided to have some broken tiles fixed too. Work done (while I was not home). Great job we thought until 18 months later we had one of those hard rains again and it started leaking in the same place. So I called the company and spoke with Keith and explained the situation. He pulled up my receipt and told me all they did was replace tiles. I explained that was not what I told was going to be done to fix the problem.. that in addition to tiles, they were replacing something under the tiles on the ridge to prevent leaks. I am a suburban housewife with a business degree, not a roofer. There is not way I could be making this up..I had no idea there was a barrier under my roof tiles until the sales rep explained it to me. Mr. Torres came out to look at it...he happened to be the one that actually did the work on my home. He remembered the job and confirmed that they did NOT replace the sheath along that ridge. Ok, miscommunication between the sales team, etc. Totally understandable..these things happen. We really thought they would come back and make it right. But, nope, after several weeks and follow up we finally heard from Keith than NO, they weren't going to fix it. If we wanted it fixed we could pay them more money. No thank you. I will not be giving this company any more business. Anyway, life happened and I kind of forgot about it till this very rainy day when it's once again leaking. This review is long overdue. We learned an important lesson about making sure all details are in writing and inspecting the job after completion. Don't make the same mistake as us!

  Initially I was very impressed with this company. We were having a leak and couldn't get any contractors to return our phone calls. However, these guys not only came out the same day, but they fixed the minor repair free of charge. Fast forward a month or two and a few storms come through. With each bad storm we have damage to our roof. We call Torres-Boren and can't seem to get a call back. I would ultimately have to get on the line with the owner and he would then be able to motivate his team to reach back out to me. After a few storms we had an insurance adjuster come out and ultimately assess that we did not have a full roof claim on our hands. The adjuster recommended some things to us, which I relayed to the folks at Torres-Boren. TB responded with silence. After a week and a half I told TB that we would no longer be using their company because it was aggravating to have to harass them to get a call back. TB again met that with no response. The owner claimed that TB was different than other roofers because they take care of their customers even if they don't need a full roof replacement. From my experience it seems he operates with that mindset but the rest of his team does not. I started off very impressed with this company and am left feeling like they're no different than the others I couldn't get to return my calls.

  Kevin was so polite and honest. He showed up the next day after calling about a leak. He was able to fix the leak that day on my metal roof. He was very professional and answered all my questions. I would recommend Kevin for any roofing issues.

  Kevin was awesome, he got out to house quickly and before I knew it he was on the roof faster than Santa Clause! After looking at a situation that I thought was going to bankrupt me Kevin thoroughly explained that my situation was minor and he already had it fixed! Such an awesome, honest company, highly recommend!

  Kevin came out to inspect our roof after some spring storms. He found a small leak that he repaired while he was here. Told us no damage that would require replacing the roof so that was great news! We will keep his card handy and will definitely be calling when the “big storm” does hit (because you know Texas! lol)!   I called for a smaller repair on my roof. Kevin put me on the schedule for the next morning. He arrived on time, and made the repair the same day. He also took the time to explain what was happening with my roof, was very professional and friendly. There was no high pressure sales pitch to do more than I needed, and even walked me through what an insurance claim would look like if/when I needed it. These folks will be the first call the next time I need roofing work done.

  About a year ago I was purchasing a new home and my inspection warranted some huge concerns. I reached out to Torres-Boren and Kevin went out to the house while I was at work. Kevin gave me his professional opinion and helped me make a decision for myself. At the end of the call Kevin told me he wasn’t going to charge me for the visit and wished me the best. Kevin was not only a professional but he provided me the fatherly advice I needed. I can’t thank him and his company enough, all I know is when the time comes and I need a new roof or a friend needs a recommendation. Kevin is who I will call.

  Mr. Kevin is a very proffecional person. I needed help with an issue on my home roof. I lost a single shingle and I was told that I needed a new roof. I was referred to Torres-Boren Roofing and Mr. Kevin no just help me inform about the condition of the roof, he just did a simple repair, and indicated that my roof still in very good condition. Unfortunately, the shingles the builder put in my roof are not quality. Defenetavelly, recommend Torres-Boren Roofing company. W. Fernandez.

  Beyond thankful Kevin went out of his way to help us! My parents have had their roof replaced by this team and after the storms came in this last week I knew we had atleast 1 loose shingle. We are not in the service area but Kevin just so happened to be in the area when my mom reached out! He came over and put the shingle back for us! Kevin thank you for going out of your way to help someone you didn’t have to. Hopefully if we ever have to have roof work done we can find someone half as great as you in our area! Again a big big thanks!

  I do appreciate a company that go out of their way to help people. The wind was extremely high which makes working on a roof difficult for anyone. But they know needed repairs have to be done. Torres Boren came right out and got the job done. It wasn’t costly. Also as I was writing my check for the job he noticed my slow running sink. He repaired that. A roofer!!!   As someone coming from the roofing industry in Nashville with over 10 years of roofing knowledge and moving to Cleburne, TX; I am very skeptical of roofers in an unknown region to myself. I submitted an inquiry to have a a free inspection and estimate on my roof where a few shingles had blown off. The response time was less than two hours, and my home inspection was completed before the end of the day. Mr. Kevin Boren was gracious, knowledgeable, and very forthcoming with information. There is no "secret handshake" needed when working with this company. They are very transparent and honest. I was blown away by the fantastic customer service and EXTREMELY AFFORDABLE pricing. If you ever need any help with your roofing needs, I highly recommend Mr. Kevin Boren. He is not just a contractor but more like a team member who helps to work on solution-based answers to your problems.   I contacted them and April scheduled a callback from Kevin to have a roof inspection performed. The next morning Kevin called promptly and a date was set for the inspection. Kevin inspected the roof and gave me his honest assessment. When it's time to have the roof replaced I will definitely call them back. During his visit, Kevin went above and beyond and helped me fix a few leaks on my shop roof since I mentioned I had a few leaks coming in. Kevin was excellent in explaining the process with insurance claims if I go forward. If I do this company will be the one I call.

  Spring storms (hail and strong winds) did excessive damage to our roof. We contacted Torres-Boren Roofing, and it was Kevin Boren who came to our house that same day. He personally went on the roof and affirmed it needed replacing. While on the roof he remedied two issues to protect us from anticipated weather coming the next day (thanks for that!). Our bid arrived that evening and we proceeded to schedule the job. Kevin set expectations before arriving, talked us through the 3-day plan, and then summarized everything after completion. The crew respected our residence while here and made sure everything was cleaned up. Torres-Boren Roofing exceeded my expectations, and we’re totally satisfied. Thanks.
