  I set an appointment with Mr M.. He was supposed to come on Sunday called said he was not going to be able to make it which is fine. He then said he would come on another day and set the appointment and then didn't show up a second time. He then said he didn't come because he was able to look at a satellite picture to determine whether I need a new roof or not? He could not tell me me any details about what was wrong with the roof or if it needed replaced. He made a bunch of excuses for not showing up. Mr M needs to be fired? He's unprofessional didn't show up twice. First time shame on me for trusting your company. Second time irresponsibility and plain deception... shame on Mr M and your company. I think he's in the wrong field he needs to be a used car salesman instead. I've used your company twice in the past unfortunately I can no longer trust you to do the job or to follow through on anything that you say. Who will want to do business with you? Your company has been excellent in the past and I've had two roofs put on by Danny Bogart Roofing. You are no longer a dependable company and have lost your way. If you have any questions just look at three or four of your reviews mentioning the same issues. If you're a good business owner you figure out how to make and correct those problems for taking care of your customers. Maybe a simple firing would probably do the trick. Start with Mr M

  Mr. Dixon I do apologize that you were disappointed to leave this kind of review. Our customers are and have always been very important to our company. I personally spoke to you last week and feel there were misconceptions on your part. You called our Office requesting my project manager meet on Sunday for a scheduled Appointment with an insurance adjuster. You then informed my staff member a salesman with another roofing company would also be there. You then asked the staff member for an estimate to replace your skylight. This was asked more than once before getting off the phone rather irritated. I was informed of your phone call and reached back out to you. I explained there would be no need for a second Roofing company representative To meet with your insurance adjuster. This was done out of respect for the other roofing companies representative. I then let you know, as our previous customer, we would appreciate the opportunity to bid on the job. You then proceeded to ask me several times for an estimate on your skylight. I did explain to you if Insurance paid for the roof, more than likely they would also pay for the skylight. You then asked again for an estimate. We told you an inspection of the skylight was necessary before we could give an accurate estimate. After hanging up and knowing how adamant you were for the estimate, we looked into the previous inspections. We found pictures & measurements of the skylight. The next morning, you were given a call with an estimate on the skylight, knowing how important that was to you. You then proceeded to berate my staff member for not going out to inspect the skylight the day before, even though you were told it was not necessary since we had what we needed to give you an accurate estimate. You then called back to our office, leaving a message with another staff member of how upset you were and planning to leave a bad review. I appreciate your business of two roofs in 2017.   Hired to do several jobs. Roof turned out good. Paint, used wrong paint when discussed it would be flat paint, satin was used instead. Wood was not prepped you could see all the imperfections big time. They came back out and prep and repaint but still with the satin paint. Added screened in porch, communication very very poor, in Sept I advised them screens are wavy, trim popping off. excuse after excuse still not fixed. Very disappointed . Will never use this company again.

  This company had very poor communication and execution of the job. I needed a few basic roof repairs following a storm. I was given a time window of 8-10am. The person didn't come until the evening, late enough that he was still working and banging on the roof after I went to sleep and the sun was going down. He didn't fix all of the spots. I never received an invoice. I both called and emailed them multiple times about how to pay and if they could fix the missing spot. They finally called me 3 weeks later and asked why I hadn't paid them yet, then blamed the missing spot on storms that occurred in the time since then, even though I contacted them before any other storms, and the person that came to assess the house talked to me about that spot needing to be fixed. On that phone call, they told me I needed pay, even though they hadn't finished the job. I would stay away from this company. If 0 stars was an option, that would be the choice.

  Our roof looks great, Eric was the project manager and he was wonderful. This is the second roof Bogart has done for us, the first one lasted 23 years, I hope this one will as well. Thank you Eric for your kindness.

  I highly recommend Danny Bogart Roofing and Construction Company. The foreman, Charlie Walker, was fantastic—his attention to detail, genuine concern for quality, and excellent communication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. His crew was incredibly hardworking and polite, and they left our property tidy at the end of each day, which was amazing considering the scope of the work they did. They replaced our roof, stripped and stained our fence and pergolas, and painted all the trim and siding. They even replaced some damaged siding and trim which I wasn’t expecting! Our house looks like brand new as a result. I truly can’t say enough good things about this company—they exceeded our expectations in every way. Thanks all!

  Absolutely a 1st class place to do business with. Cal Rasch and AJ Marshall were both outstanding Project Managers that came out said that I needed a new roof and needed to contact my home owner insurance for them to send out and inspector to inspect our roof. Cal and AJ were with me from start to finish. Workers showed up early and flat out blew me away with their speed and craftsmanship. Had me all done by the end of the day. The new roof looks great and the crew was fast and professional. The representative was thorough and very helpful. I am very pleased with how it helped the looks of my house.

  We only use Danny Bogart Roofing. Have done 2 roofs over 24 year span of time. Great job both times. The project manager AJ is wonderful to work with. Thanks again!!

  From beginning to finish on our new roof and garage repairs everything was great! AJ Marshall, our project manager was professional, informative, and a top notch young man! When Allstate didn’t want to replace the roof we hired an adjuster, recommended by AJ, and his name was Jason Heffington and he got us a total roof replacement! I can’t say enough good things about this business! If you need a new roof or roof repairs give them a call, we were very well taken care of, and a great experience overall!!
