  This was the worst experience I have ever had. No shows, asking for more money in the middle of the job. Workers said he wasn't paying them. Josh made a lot of promises but never delivered.

  They were wonderful with the roof but, they did our shutters for us and it was not only like pulling teeth to get them to come and do it but after the first windy day we lost 4 of them. When our front bushes died we also noticed that 2 of the shutters were put up upside down.

  Don't trust this company! They first quoted me an outrageous price. I asked to reduce the job, and they quoted me another higher than normal quote. I went ahead and paid my deposit. Several days went by and I kept reaching out to see when they were coming to do job. The date kept being moved back. I eventually cancelled and asked for my money back. THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY AND STOPPED RESPONDING TO ME!!! They have done no work. They just took money and have not responded again.

  Very rude and pushy. Not comfortable hiring them when I can’t even get past first conversations. Got defensive when asking basic questions about licensing and insurance, etc. Red flags everywhere.

  This is the best roofing company! I found them through a friend. What a gem! From start to finish it was a great experience. Trent Fuller, who visited with us about the replacement, was absolutely wonderful. A man of integrity, and so honest and genuine. He wasn't pushy. He explained everything to us and worked with our insurance company which was an added bonus. I would trust him with anything! Trent was here to supervise the job in the beginning. Sergio and his crew, who did the work, were very friendly and worked hard. They got the whole roof done in one day. Superb work. Joel, the Owner of Carrington Roofing, is a very nice person. I told him he has one of the VERY BEST working for him in Trent. Sergio and his crew, too. Durung the last few storms we've had I've felt safe under my new roof! And it's beautiful! If you're looking for a company who genuinely wants to help, are people of integrity and do superb work, contact Carrington Roofing! You won't be disappointed!   Carrington Construction has taken a 20 year old roof and home, that was battered from severe storms, and made it beautiful again. We cannot thank Joel, Manny, and their teams enough for taking care of us.
