  Cesar was great to work with, from getting approval through our insurance company through getting the roof installed. He even came out after the major storms we recently experienced and fixed a part that broke off.

  I couldn't be more satisfied with my roof replacement and additional repairs I had done by Top Hat.The customer service that was extended by the representatives that I had the pleasure of engaging with throughout the entire process was incomparable .The representatives, Daniel, Caeser and Thayer are true professionals that made sure that I was informed and totally satisfied with the end results.   Erasmo Juarez (Top Hat Roofers) was the person we contacted for our roof and garage problem. We were very happy with the result; excellent work. I highly recommend him.   Caesar and Top Hat Roofers are one of one. Where do I begin ? From deep knowledge on how to battle the insurance company and what games they play to avoid paying out a claim - Caesar and his team were always one step ahead. They are extremely knowledgeable, relentless and most importantly they go above and beyond for their clients with 100 % integrity and transparency. They always put our interests first from the beginning. I truly can’t say enough of what an amazing experience this has been with Caesar.
