Repeatedly promised to call back or show up and never followed through. Tried for a couple weeks and no show.
What reviewers keep mentioning

I had arrangements with another roofing company to complete my roof last year. That company never showed up. I called Top Tier Roofing in the late fall. Within a week, they came to my house and completed 1/3 of my roof before the winter arrived. In the Spring, they arrived and completed my roof. They did a great job!! 👏. A very professional and hard working local company

Had a great experience with Top Tier roofing. They were quick on a quote, have fantastic customer service from the admin team and completed the job quickly and professionally.
What Top Tier Roofing says about itself
Taken from the business’s own website. We have not checked any of it. These are quotes, not credentials — a roofer writing “licensed and insured” on their homepage is not evidence that they are.
Financing available
“…experienced roofers for an estimate Financing Available Don’t wait to get the roof you need…”
Their site also states: free estimates.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 9 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 5, of which 5 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Top Tier Roofing. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
