  The take over of a neighbouring property in order to make profit, without the property owners' knowledge, or permission, and without a legal letter absolving the property owner of all responsibility should an accident happen to the workmen while performing the roof gymnastics, is unethical. The jumping onto my roof is with enough force to cause my house to shake. I won't know if there is damage until I climb onto the roof to check personally. They have tied or nailed a thin blue tarp to my roof or eaves-trough. The man straddling the roof is holding on to a strap which looked to be wound around his wrist. I would say that is a health and safety issue. They have assumed the use of my front lawn as a shingle depository running wheel barrows back and forth to the trucks. I spoke to workmen and they laughed at me. Then called the company and after explaining what woke me out of a deep sleep, the owner proceeded to tell me how many roofs they replace each year and how great they were and I'm only one in 50 per year. I took that as a condescending reference to mean only,1 of 50 complainers a year. He said they would replace damage to my siding. I suggested it might have been nicer to have knocked on my door to request permission to use my property. I was told knocking on the door would still have waken me up. If nothing else, you would think the business people in this city of Thunder Bay would at least express some good manners. It is amazing how far a little, "I'm sorry" can go and what ails "I'm sorry" can fix. Then there is always the, "I'll try to mend my ways or do a better job next time." Well, sorry but not on my roof. S. Orzech

  Strasser & Lang workers showed up & completed the soffit/facia/gutter removal & replacement on the day promised. Workers were all pleasant, cleaned up the worksite when they were done. Invoice arrived same day - I'm impressed!

  The team was professional and efficient right from receiving our quote to notifying us when work was being performed. The on site crew were respectful of our property and cleaned up any debris.

  This team was fast, effective and efficient. Less then two days had the house and a very large garage done. Cleaned up mess, was friendly and safe. End product looks great. We will be using them for door and windows now.

  The crew was very courteous and punctual and fast. They cleaned up more than they had to, they cleaned the old shingles out of my eaves trough and all the other debris in there as well. Job well done and fair price also. I have used them in the past and had no complaints at all and today they did just as well.

  Spencer and Alex did an excellent job with the install. I could see that they clearly took pride in their work from their detailing and cleanliness. This is a very professional group - polite from the office to the job site. If the windows perform as well as these folks we’ll enjoy a warm home this winter!
