  We had a great experience with Carlos and his team. Our chimney needed new flashing and some tiles replaced. Carlos came out to give a quote and did a full roof inspection plus put some temporary tarps in place to prevent leaks before the work was done. The quote was very reasonable and the finished work looks excellent. I’d definitely use them for future roofing work.

  I recently had my roof replaced by Top Tier Roofing and Restoration, and I was pleased with the experience.   Great team to work with! They helped navigate our insurance claim, were upfront and honest with expectations, and communicative about timelines, design, and cost.   At a neighbor’s recommendation for new roof I contacted Carlos Vazquez of Top Tier Roofing come by and look over my roof situation. Carlos immediately responded to my request and came by within a day to meet with me. He walked me through the process and explained everything thoroughly. He also took pictures of my roof and made recommendations. The entire Top Tier team were wonderful to work with. Carlos is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and transparent. I would highly recommend Top Tier Roofing and Restoration to others. They were very conscientious in the work provided and left the entire area immaculate when finished.

  I received quotes from 2 different roofing companies. Each company took almost an hour throwing cringe sales tactics at me. Not Carlos. Within 5 minutes of shaking my hand, he was up on the roof assessing and taking pictures to document the damage. In less than an hour, he had my missing shingles covered in tarp, and a plan for next steps. Carlos is experienced with working with insurance providers; his process is easy to understand and efficient. I highly recommend his services.

  I have worked with the owners of this company in the past. They will go above and beyond to give you the highest quality project ......on time and on budget!!! I have recommended them to all my neighbors. A good testament to their work is we just experienced VERY high winds in our area. I had zero issues with my roof or siding. Quality workmanship!!

  A few days ago I contacted Carlos Vazquez of Top Tier Roofing and Siding to inspect and elevate my home for damage caused by recent heavy winds. Carlos immediately responded to my request then walked me through the process and explained what he was doing every step of the way. He took pictures of both my siding and roof and made recommendations. Carlos and Top Tier found some issues with my siding and his very well organized team made the repair which exceeded my expectations. I am currently considering the recommendation for a new roof.   Carlos and his team were fantastic! I’ve worked with Carlos before on a full roof replacement, and he was incredibly knowledgeable about the insurance process and handled everything from start to finish. After the recent wind storm, he happened to be working in our neighborhood, noticed siding damage on our home, and reached out right away. He came the very next morning to assess it and had the repair completed the same day. Fast, professional, and reliable service.
