Bill Grimes repaired wind damage on our roof. A few weeks later he called to check on the repair. I said part of it didn’t seal because of cold weather so he returned today and secured the loose tiles. He is friendly and competent. I highly recommend him for any roof repair

We’ve been working with Jordan at Top Shield Construction, he is so easy to get a hold of and responds quickly to my inquiries! We had to jump through some hoops dealing with my insurance but Jordan was so helpful getting us through that process and made it so much more seamless. Once we picked a color he was good at communicating the expected timeline and we had a new roof in a single day! So grateful Top Shield Construction was in our corner throughout this process.

Jordan was great to work with. He came out for a free estimate and was very thorough in his documentation of hail damage and explaining the process of submitting the insurance claim, how it works once insurance has made their decision, and what we can do if insurance didn't want to cover a full roof replacement. They got our roof done 2 days after insurance gave the okay on a full replacement. Crew worked efficiently and cleaned up everything really well. All in all it was a great experience.
