  I would rate 0 stars if I could. Tony, the area project manager assured me that someone would be present for a roof inspection with my insurance adjuster multiple times (2 weeks prior to scheduled appointment, day before, and day of) and did not show up. When calling to ask why they do not have a representative at the inspection was told, "sorry, we dropped the ball and we had to be in school this morning." With not recommend this company to anyone. The company did not try to make this right nor did the offer any solutions. Was told "good luck with your roof" and hung up on.

  Hello Samantha, I want to clarify that we take every concern very seriously and we would like to explain the details of this situation. As you know, we did meet with your insurance adjuster the first time. We did our best to present your damages to the insurance. Your roof got denied by the insurance, and at that time, we tried to help you as much as possible by creating and sending a report of your damages to the insurance. Which granted a second inspection. Our project manager had an urgent matter come up the day of the second inspection and we informed you that he was unable to come. I am very sorry about this circumstance. We tried to assist you the very best we could from the very beginning. Please reach out if you have any other questions.

  They won't even give the time of day unless you go thru insurance wanted to pay cash....then thru a high number with out asking how big our house is or getting any information ..not locally owned..

  We had Roof Vets replace our roof in the later months of 2020. We discovered a roof leak that pooled through our kitchen cabinets and damaged our flooring in the kitchen. When we reached out to Moises directly we were told he would call us back in a day or two to come check out the leak… 4 days later we called again and were told because it had been more than two years we should just hire a handyman. No manufacturer warranty help, he wouldn’t even come look at the issue. All we wanted was some kind of inspection to see what was going on. The lack of integrity is unreal and I would recommend staying far away from this company for your roof repairs.

  Great experience with Roof Vets. All the project managers were friendly and easy to communicate with. Moises gave me advice on roof water drainage and fixed my chimney vent at no cost. Honest and genuine company. Would definitely recommend to friends or family.

  Working with Roof Vets made the whole insurance claim process seamless. The helped with both our houses. Moises helped me to file in the claim with insurance, met with the adjuster and advocated for us. The team worked directly with insurance so I did not have to be the middle person. Just as important, our roof on both houses look great as well!

  Excellent customer service, excellent work, great communication. Replaced the hip style roof with composite slate on my home built in 1888. They worked with the historic society for approval, amazing work couldn’t be happier.

  My dad suggested the Roof Vets to me for our Roof and I am still in shock at how amazing the experience was! They were patient and informative and got my Roof done quick! 10/10 would go through them again!

  When Roof Vets first knocked on my door, I was a little nervous. However, their service has been exemplary. Not only did they work with my insurance to get my roof replaced and a really low cost, but afterwards there was a wind storm that blew down the front awning to my house, and they worked with me and the insurance company to try and get that covered. From my experience, this is a company that does help take care of its customers.

  Hello Olivia, Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We try our best to have great customer service. We have worked closely together with you to solve any issues that have occurred. As far as the roofing work taking 3 days to complete, it had been raining during those days and we had to stop early to make sure everything has been protected. I am happy that you are satisfied with the completed roof. As far as the crew not working during the middle of the day and taking long breaks, I understand this was completed in the summer and the crew will take longer breaks during high heat hours but always work late into the afternoon to compensate for any time lost and to work in a lower temp environment. I apologize for any inconvenience that we have caused to your pets. After our conversations, we have completed all of the work including the requested items not apart of the original scope of work. I hope we have met your expectations, I have communicated with you closely to make sure every question has been taken care of.
