Oliver and Tanner were true professionals and very easy to work with. My 72-year-old mother’s longtime home had a lot of roof damage from strong storms, and we did not realize how bad it was until we noticed a serious leak along the ceiling edges. Top Roofing Installations was already handling a nearby roofing job and offered a free roof inspection, which turned out to be very helpful. From the start, they were patient, knowledgeable, and clear about every step of the roof replacement process. They explained the condition of the shingles, flashing, and problem areas in simple terms so we could understand exactly what needed to be done. They also guided us through the insurance claim process and stayed available to answer questions from beginning to end. On installation day, the crew worked efficiently and completed the full roof replacement in just one day. They kept the job site organized, cleaned up well, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We are extremely happy with the new roof and would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roofing services.

I was very happy with the estimate Tanner gave us for a full re-roof and new gutter installation. Tanner came by several times before, during, and after the roofing job was finished, which gave us a lot of confidence in the whole process. I really appreciated his solid knowledge about the insulation and roof ventilation problems in my home, and he explained everything in simple terms. Oliver and the crew did excellent roofing work, even during the hottest part of the season in North Hollywood. They stayed professional, worked efficiently, and paid close attention to detail from tear-off to final installation. When the job was done, they also did a great job cleaning up the property, which we really noticed and appreciated. I would absolutely recommend their roofing services to anyone needing roof replacement, gutters, ventilation improvements, or general roofing help. If you are comparing roofing estimates, it is worth getting a few and then giving them a call. We are very pleased with the final result and the quality of the workmanship.

After looking into several roofing contractors online, we chose Top Roofing Installations for a roof replacement quote. Tanner was very helpful and professional, and clearly walked us through the full roofing process, from tear-off to installing the new 30-year shingle roof. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and handled every step with care. The roofing materials matched exactly what was explained during the first visit, and the installation went smoothly from start to finish. They also did a thorough cleanup when the job was done, leaving the property neat and free of debris. We are very pleased with the workmanship, communication, and overall service, and we highly recommend them for any roofing project.

Top Roofing Installations did an excellent job with my new roof and rebuilt chimney. I appreciated the way they inspected everything carefully, explained what the roof needed, and gave clear details about the work and materials they planned to use. The chimney had serious hidden damage inside, and they handled it the right way. Tanner and Oliver were easy to work with, professional, and made me feel like they truly cared about me as a customer, not just the job. While the roofing work was getting started, rough stormy weather was coming in, and I asked if the heavy shingle bundles could be moved off the roof for peace of mind. They responded quickly and took care of it within hours, which showed real customer service even after the contract was signed. The finished roof and chimney both look great, and the whole project felt well managed from start to finish. I would definitely use them again for any future roofing work.

I contacted a roofing company about replacing our roof after a few leaks showed up following several strong storms. Tanner came out, did a very thorough roof inspection, and found clear storm damage. After I called the insurance company, Tanner met with the adjuster at our home and handled the whole roofing process from there. He was extremely detailed, explained the roof work clearly, and put in a lot of effort to make sure everything was done right for us. This was easily the best roofing and exterior repair experience we have had. We also had a dormer on the third floor that needed a lot of attention, and they gave us a very fair price to install new siding, soffit, and white flashing around all the window trim. The new roof and repair work really improved the look of the house, and everything came together very nicely.

I needed a small section of my roof fixed after a leak caused water damage, and Top Roofing Installations was the only one out of five roofing companies that gave me a fair quote. The repair agreement was budget friendly and included follow-up visits if needed to make sure the roofing problem was fully handled with no more water getting in. They came back to my home in North Hollywood twice at no extra cost after the first roof repair to check the area and make sure everything was sealed right. Very responsive, professional, reliable, and easy to work with. I highly recommend them for roof repair service.
