  Front desk girl.... Read another comment how she hangs up on people. I said what I was calling for in the simplest form and the she said oh I'm confused. I bet she says that to every one. She kept saying we have a minimum. I told her I understand whatever the cost is for your min i'll cover it np. She told me she is going to call a person in the field I said do you want to loop me in with them so we don't have to waste time back and fourth if you don't know or loop me in with the owner she said I'll call in a few mins. Now they're dodging calls. Terrible I hope business owner see's this. Don't waste your time folks.

  Terrible experience. I booked an appointment on Friday and received a confirmation, but no one showed up. Instead, they later asked for photos of the job. Completely unreliable. To make matters worse, the front desk hung up on me when I called to follow up. I do not recommend using this company

  Todd arrived right on time, we talked through the roof leak, and he got up on the roof to inspect it. After checking the problem area, he came down with a clear understanding of what was causing the leak and explained that he could fix it right away with the proper roof sealant. He went back up and quickly took care of the issue. I really appreciated the honest approach and the hands-on roofing knowledge. Instead of guessing or suggesting unnecessary extra work, he identified the actual problem and handled the repair immediately. In a place like Studio City, where roofs deal with strong sun and heat, it is great to have a roofer who understands how to address leaks fast and correctly. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and reassuring.

  We got estimates from three roofing companies and chose Quick Fix Roof & Gutter even though the price was not the lowest or the highest. We made that choice because Evan was very knowledgeable, easy to talk with, and took time to do a complete roof inspection.   jay came out the same day i reached out to give us a free roofing estimate, and about a week later the crew replaced the roof in one day, with a few final detail items wrapped up the next day. The new roof looks great, and they addressed every concern we had around worn shingles, flashing, and overall roof protection. jay also took time to walk us through the repairs they completed and shared photos of the work, which we really appreciated. With the recent rain in Studio City, we are very thankful for jay and his crew’s care, clear communication, and friendly service. they made the whole roofing process easy, and i would definitely call them again in the future when we are ready to have our gutters replaced.

  We are still very happy with the high-quality roofing and exterior work done on our home.   Jay continues to prove he is dependable, fairly priced, and easy to work with. He replies to emails quickly, shows up when promised, and arrives on time. Since I first found him online, he has replaced my patio roof, installed new gutters, repaired my main roof, and swapped out the main roof vents. Jay made sure to use quality roofing materials and properly selected exhaust vents, which solved leak issues caused by older, low-grade vents.
